I have been with Dr Bean for years, I highly recommend her to everyone, hands down the best optometrist around.

Dr.Bean is sweet and awesome in her work. She is knowledgeable and always answers my questions or concerns. However, I always have a hard time with the front staff, working with the glasses frames. I've seen the red hair lady laugh at patients over the phone , when they couldn't speak English. And the gentleman working with her, is just as rude. I asked if I could have my glasses picked up by someone else and he said yes. And when I sent my person, he said I needed to be present to fit my glasses, which was not mentioned in our phone call. I called again, and he did not let me speak. He kept talking over me and taking to me as if I was his child, in a condescending matter. It has always been up to these two to ruin my appointments every time I come here. I'd leave a 5 star for Dr.Bean, but if I could leave 0 for the front staff, I would.

Dr. Bean was great, as were the front office staff and the lady who helps you buy glasses. The selection and prices were very good, and they made one of my glasses in a few hours because I needed them in a hurry. I will keep going back here.

I had a really good experience there last Saturday but I have actually had several positive visits there over the years prior to. I was greeted immediately by no less than three people upon walking in. Everyone was nice, inquisitive, knowledgeable and they were good listeners. That is a very important quality to have. They addressed each of my concerns in the order that they needed to be addressed and while I was on the optometrist side of the building being tended to with overwhelming care and concern by Dr. Bean and her staff the lens technician was hard at work getting my prescription done on the other end. My new glasses were done in less than an hour. They look and fit great and the best part is I can see much better than I did when I walked in wearing my old prescription. They have very competitive pricing with a large variety of styles to choose from in stock. One could probably spend hours in there just looking at the frames. These folks know what they're doing and they enjoy helping people to see better and that's a great combination. I would definitely recommend to a friend, family member and colleague that they visit Eastchase Eye Experts the next time they need a new prescription or for their vision and eyewear needs in general. They may have changed the name but the service is still top notch in my opinion. No complaints from me since 2011 at this location. Thank you.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and have consistently received quality eye care from both Dr. Dao, Dr. Bean and the professionals handling eye glasses as well as courteous interactions with the front desk staff and associates. I have always been given as much time as I need to make decisions during exams and have been offered multiple opportunities to try different types of contacts to see what worked best for me. I am grateful for their assistance as well in finding the best contacts for the best price according to my insurance. The eyeglasses professionals too were extremely patient as I worked to find the best lenses for me and assisted so helpfully...multiple years. I highly recommend Eastchase Eye Experts.

The doctor was SO NICE and so knowledgeable. I'm 34 years old, I've never had such a positive experience at the eye doctor!!! She was really such a pleasure! Also they make everyone wear masks which made me feel much more comfortable!!

Excellent experience for both myself and my six year old son. They are partnered with ZocDoc which made everything digital from patient history to request for an appointment to being a first time patient. Once with the doctor, I asked so many questions and scenarios, she was very engaged and took each question seriously. She was excellent with my son as well! I can't speak to the price, we got all the bells and whistles on all pairs I ordered. The glasses also came in early! I will definitely be going back. Thank you Eastchase Eye Experts.

Dr. Bean is such a great optometrist, I've been coming to her every year since I was at least 13, and I will continue to see her for all the upcoming years I can! Receptionists and techs are also really kind and welcoming.
