Dr Bhatia, Thank you for taking care of me the last year. Your office and all within have always been very kind to me. My eyes are much better now because of your exceptional dedication to your profession. Those who work in your office mimic such dedication because of your tireless efforts to help the low vision see better, how blessed I truly am because of everyone's dedicated hard work. Dr. Bhatia is a skilled ophthalmic surgeon. However, he preys upon his patients, many of them elderly women, suggesting they need cosmetic dermatological laser procedures just so he can make an extra buck. My mother came in for a cataract assessment and he commented on her rosacea, saying he could easily remove the redness from her cheeks (with the help of a very expensive laser treatment). He also treats his staff like children / servants, listening in and commenting on their phone calls and patient interactions. I have witnessed this more than once, him ordering these young women around like they are idiots. He appears polite, but seems to be always condescending underneath the smile. Go elsewhere, where your mom won't be called out on her wrinkles and where she won't be made to feel like an American dunce by a doctor who thinks he knows everything.

I have known Dr Bhatia for 10years. I have been his patient. Over these years He has provided me with excellent eye care. I recently had eye surgery. He is competent, kind, patient and very good with details. His staff is very helpful and friendly. Erica is great. I will strongly recommend Dr Bhatia to my family and friends.

Dr. Bhatia was recommended to me by my wife's retina specialist and I am completely satisfied that I could not have found a better eye surgeon anywhere. The results of my cataract surgeries by Dr. Bhatia are miraculous to me - both eyes are now 20-20 and I've had no complications. I asked a lot of questions and Dr. Bhatia was very forthcoming with as much detailed information as I requested, and he completely understood and met my goals for vision, post-surgery. I see better than I have in 60 years thanks entirely to Dr. Bhatia.

My Dad was referred to Dr. Bhatia several years ago with diminished eyesight. Dr. Bhatia successfully treated him and greatly improved his quality of life. Dr. Bhatia also has treated me for a myriad of eye issues and recently performed my cataract surgery. In my opinion, Dr. Bhatia's kind manner, skill, knowledge, and commitment to excellence is unequalled and his office staff is courteous and professional.

I have nothing but the best things to say about Dr. Bhatia. He is professional, but personal, thorough, and willing to take the time needed with each patient to make sure the information is understood and questions are answered. He had to do very intricate surgeries on both of my eyes, and he is simply excellent. Both his forethought of procedures and aftercare are excellent, as are his staff. Highly recommended.

I have no idea about the bad reviews. For the shortest wait, get the first appt in the morning and show up early. I used to work with physicians and have known many! Dr. Bhatia's experience and knowledge is extraordinary! I could easily tell his concern for his patients. When my infant son poked me in the eye and tore my cornea, the iris started leaking out the third day and I had to have emergency surgery in Brazil. On return, Dr. Wayne Solley, whom Bhatia's office recommended for retina problems told me after the fact, that I had a 1% chance of just keeping the eye! Two years later I am thankful I don't have to deal with something foreign lodged in there. I thank Dr. Bhatia and Solley for their excellent care. I highly recommend both.

Excellent Eye Doctor. I would get migraine like headaches accompanied by extremely painful and reddened eyes. My PCP did not have a clue what was going on. My blood-work was normal. So he suggested I see an Eye doctor. Dr. Bhatia's office is located in the heart of Valley Ranch The wait time was very long, as there was always a number of patients here. When he saw me, he was very patient and understanding, made me feel comfortable, and spent a lot of time probing into my eyes and tried diff kind of drops and explained to me about fibromyalgia and that I need to de-stress and relax. He gave me some great lubricant eye drops as samples as well. And he wished me good health, and said "I would like to see you back next time with clear white eyes and relaxed". Great doctor with great attitude.
