I had a Horrible experience, Was told i was taking too long on choosing my frames when i am the one paying for them lol, manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate! frames are over 400$ he came over to the girl that was helping me several times to ask her to help other people instead, she was a sweet girl and i could tell she was embarrassed by him, he then came over to me and started saying that we arent allow to take as long on a day like today "sunday" because they are busy. I asked for the supervisor and once he came over he seemed like he didnt care about the issue he processed to just say "okay you can keep looking around" but never adressed him for how he handled the situation, i Will never be going back to that place, neither will my family, and feel sorry for the girl, she did her job which was help me pick my frames, but manager was very very unprofessional. he was a bald hispanic guy.

I specifically asked for mutifocal color contact but not knowing they don't exist o was sold 3 pairs n went home can't see didn't get receipt paid 130$ for something sold to me n lied to n of course all sales final wth type eye dr sell u something u can't see oh yeah u just be ripping people off I hate this place

Terrible customer service from the OWNER. My daughter's glasses broke. First the rep said the glasses were not covered because their receipt was written with the wrong date 1/02/17. Luckily I took a picture of my receipt from the cashier machine with the correct date 1/02/18. Received a quote of $89 for warranty. Great for warranty price. Ready to pay. Then the owner walked by, questioned the rep and upcharged to $140. I have referred over 50 people here, plus bought several pairs myself. I calmly informed him I would pay the $140 but will NOT buy another pair. Owner went hysterical screaming in front of other customers. Completely changed his story when my husband walked in. POOR business ethics. GREEDY OWNER with no respect for his customers.

Sold me try out a pair of contacts, and it clearly said it was not for sale. Gave me the wrong prescription.

I have to give one star for rating. Otherwise they get none. Owner is an incredibly ignorant businessman who only cares for the people's money and not the appreciation of people's need for eye vision. I will report to BBB and revoke their license for retail. Jose one of the wannabe sales man decline to say hello and directed with no authority to my child of 7yo with a violent voice of why his new glasses didn't work. They messed up the prescription on them and wanted us to make him forcefully wear them just to make the sale. I said no, my son is not wearing this defective glasses. That's when Jose got up in front of my face ,and threaten that he would beat me up in front of my family. Out of nowhere the owner intervened, acting like he didn't know what was going on standing next to us. At the end of it all he decided to do a refund to my insurance card but never accepted the fact that they messed up the order on the lenses neither apologized for his workers actions. I will post back on here to see what else comes out of this. Hopefully they don't decide to go ahead and charge my card if the printed out a credit card return voucher. I advise not to go and do business here.

I have got glasses here before loved them the doctor was nice during my eye exam but i called today for a new exam and they cant tell me over the phone if they take my new insurance i have to waste my time and go in person and they don't have a website either like hows that convenient? Exactly, Its not, so now im changing my eye doctor

My family and I have always received great service from Eyecrafters. Ray always assist us. Thumbs up to him for always being professional, providing great customer service, caring, friendly, helpful and offering good pricing for their eyewear. The entire staff was polite and friendly. We will be back. Thanks Ray!

On Sunday, April 26th, 2021, I visited the store located at 4200 South Freeway in Fort Worth, Tx 76115. I approached one of the sales associates and asked a question in regards to a specific brand/model of glasses that I was looking for. He did not know what I was referring to so I took out my phone and showed him a picture. The associate stated that he did not have that specific model in store but had others made by the same brand. I asked the associate if he could show me and he began going to the area where this brand was located and then stopped, turned around and asked me if I had a mask. I answered the associate and told him that I did not have a mask. The associate snapped his fingers and pointed towards the front doors of the store and told me to get out of the store. The associate told me that it was the law for me to wear a mask. I informed him that there is no such law that requires me to wear a mask. I immediately asked for a manager and he stated that he was the manager. Then, I asked for the number to the corporate office and the associate told me that was none of my business. I politely requested the number again and the associate stated that they are not a corporation and that they were family owned and told me to get out of the store again. I said okay. I completely left the store and was walking away when the associate came to a different side door of the store and stopped me while I was walking in the general area of the mall and said here is the owner right here if you have a problem as he approached me with another gentleman. I began to inform the so called owner of what was previously stated by the associate and he immediately cut me off, spreaded his arm out sideways and asked me if I was mad bro. I informed him that I was not mad but if they were going to enforce a mask policy then they should apply the same policies to every customer in the store. The so called owner just kept repeating are you mad bro with his arms out as if he wanted to fight me. I began to point out customers that were not wearing a mask in the store including the one that was checking out at the register and he told me that he didn't know anything about them because he was too busy counting his money bro. At that point, I began walking away because it was very obvious that this location lacks professionalism & customer service skills. The way that I was treated by the owner & manager of this store location was absolutely shocking and very disappointing. The behavior displayed by the so called owner completely justifies why the so called manager felt that he could talk to me any kind of way. Also, I do not appreciate being addressed by "bro". These employees need some serious training. Not to mention, this incident occurred after being in the store for at least 15 minutes of looking around trying to find the glasses I wanted to buy. If there was a problem with me not having a mask then it should have been addressed from the time I walked into the store and I would have respected the company's policies. I'm not sure if the company even has such policies because the associate only referenced a so called law that required me to wear a mask but never mentioned anything about company policies.
