I had an excellent experience at Chu Eye Institute today. From the moment I arrived, the office was clean, modern, and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient--I truly felt taken care of throughout the entire visit. I was seen promptly and appreciated being in and out in a timely manner without ever feeling rushed. Dr. Danny Mathew, OD, was outstanding--so personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire exam comfortable and stress-free.
