I took my 100-year-old dad there today for the first time, and we were treated with the most professional and kind people I've had the pleasure of being around in a long time. Excellent doctor, great professionalism, and we simply felt at home. I'd recommend this business to anyone looking for a place to take care of your eyes and eyesight.

Everyone is very nice in that office. Everything went smooth any questions I had they answer them. There was a new young eye doctor in there that I've never seen, He was very good. I've never had any problems in the Eye Doctor's office. I've been going there for several years.

They have no customer service skills very rude. Would not let me talk they spoke over me every second which would not let me get my answers I was looking for. They lied about having contacts same day then transferred me about 3 times the last contact specialist literally answered and said have a good day and hung up. Very unprofessional the ladies need to go back and train in their customer service skills !

My experience with First Eye Care was first rate. The staff greeted me and offered me coffee when I arrived. I filled out the paperwork required and didn't even get a first sip of coffee before I was called back. However, they told me that I could bring my coffee with me., I thought that was nice. The doctors assistant explained everything that she was doing to me step-by-step. I opted to Have pictures taken of the back of my eye And was surprised to find it was only $29. After the examination and the pictures were completed, we were led to a pleasant room where I was able to relax and finish my coffee. The doctor was also amazing. She was very informative and explained everything that she was going to do before she did it. I also learned quite a bit about the working of eye that I never knew before. I will never go anywhere else for eye care again. I absolutely cannot find one negative thing to say about my experience with First Eye Care. I recommend this business to anyone who needs any type of attention in regards to their or vision.

I was seen right away after updating paperwork. Friendly receptionist and staff. The doctor was thorough and pleasant.

From the moment I walked in the front desk both workers made me feel at home. They are very friendly and professional. Once I got in the room Bree was so nice and understanding she made this appointment very comfortable and she listened. Overall my experience was far out the best I've ever had in all my dr appointments in my life. Thank you all 10stars out of 5 stars
