No issues with Dr. Ranelle or the staff BUT be prepared for long appointment waits. Seems like every other appointment, I find the office visit to be 2-3 hours long! Run a test go sit back in the lobby, run another test, go sit back in the lobby etc. etc. Fine if you are retired etc but not acceptable otherwise.

This is an excellent place for patients needing eye exams and treatment. Dr. Ghosh was my eye doctor. He is knowledgeable and did an excellent job in evaluating my eyes. He candidly explained me the condition of my eyes and the need of my follow up tests.

The lab tech was very friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable despite her worries of receiving numbing drops for the eyes.
Dr. Anne Ranelle was very detailed at explaining the issues my daughter had and she was very friendly as well. She gave me a printout explaining everything going on with my daughter's eyes and the procedures that took place for that appointment; which was a plus. Unlike another eye specialist in Keller that just told me my daughter has 2020 vision and wouldn't be needing any further work then just sent us on our way.
