JCPenney Optical

We are first time customers we're very happy with the professional and friendly help we Rece. The manager, whose name is destiny, was very helpful and answered all of the questions we had made us feel very comfortable. We will be suggesting this establishment to friends and family.

The salespeople are personable and friendly, but they are unable to help if you have a problem with your glasses if they fall apart. You then have to deal with a manager who makes accusations about the reason glasses fall apart, is defensive, and extremely dishonest. Her regional manager doesn't return phone calls. I will never purchase eyewear for me or my family from this company again. I will make sure I let everyone I know to go elsewhere for better service, because I can't believe it would be worse anywhere else.

Today around this time. The associate in the the eye glasses department was very rude and unreasonable. We passed by because the credit card machine in the eye doctors room wasn't working and we had to check out in the eyeglasses area. The associate (not the doctor) told my special ed brother to put his mask on correctly which is fine but he was very unfriendly. We were around the area and we see the associate without a mask eating his burger on the checkout counter! We immediately felt unsafe and decided not to purchase from there anymore. He was very unfriendly and he told my brother to cover his nose while he had his whole mask off eating. We felt unsafe around him and jcpenney lost a customer. He also said someone told to eat there!

The doctor was absolutely one of the best.i am a nurse so I appreciate a terrific doctor. The lady in the optical department was an angel really worked with me to get the best deals I needed 2 different glasses and she kept the cost down . I am on social security so got an amazing price. It sounds like fluff but it honest.

I purchased 2 pair 1st was Ray Ban frame they came back plain without the name on outside I was told that they don't do this anymore I was told to take it to an outside engraving company so I got ripped

Every time I call the fax machine picks up. The times on here that day they open and close is wrong! I understand they could be different b/c of Covid but at least answer the damn phone!!!

This woman here is SO RUDE! We will never be coming back to this location!
