We are patients of Dr. West and the 5 plus years of annual visits have been nothing short of excellence. Greetings when you enter and always attentive and professional. Dr. West is very informative both for needs now and those that would help in the long run. Hopefully the need for more serious matters concerning our vision will never be needed, but if so we know we are in wonderful hands.

Dr. Keira West and her staff is excellent. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every encounter I have had with them. Dr. West really cares and listens to her clients concerns about their eyes. Her personnel staff makes sure you understand your payment, send friendly reminders for appointments and will get you an earlier appointment when possible. I've been going to see Dr. West for my vision needs for several years now. The staff members are always very courteous and prompt, while at the same time not rushing you out the door. Dr. West is very thorough, caring, and professional. Her staff are cheerful and helpful. Unlike many doctors' offices, they also seem super organized. I never have to wait more than a minute or two in the waiting room, and I'm typically in and out of the office really fast. Highly recommended!

I really liked how friendly the staff was. Dr. Kiera West is so thorough with the exam that you know without a doubt you're getting the best possible care and service! She's extremely nice and gives you all her attention and time. She sincerely wants to get to know you. I've never experienced an eye exam like what you get at this office. I had cornea transplants in 2004 and 2005 when I was directed by my surgeon, Dr. Tyrone McCall, to Dr. Keira West to be fitted with a special contact lens for my condition.
