Luck Optical

My baby girl had her first glasses here when she was a toddler. We love the care the staff have to let her choose what she likes and makes her happy. I love to see her face as soon as she gets her glasses. She is 7 years old now and she has being picking her own frames for 3 years now.

I want to share my very good experience at Luck Optical. I have a 95 year old step dad that found himself in a predicament without his glasses. His glasses were broken in a transfer to the hospital. Long story short I would not have been able to help him without the help of Ms Julia Freeman! Within 2 days he had a new set of glasses!! Thank you for having such an outstanding and caring employee!

I have been to Luck Optical several times for my child and I over the last few years. I continue to be very pleased with the care and glasses and contact options they have, as well as the convenience of their walk-in only policy. I have tried other places, but I am sticking with Luck for these specific reasons....1) They have a huge selection of contacts and glasses. I went to one of the new trendy shops but they didn't have an exact contact lens for my astigmatism and need for bifocals, but Luck has a wide variety and was able to give me an exact solution for my unique issue. 2) My daughter had ordered her contact lens refill at the last minute and we were hoping they might come in early because she is a high school athlete and was leaving for a national tournament where she could be seen by college scouts. Her vision was critical and she could not wear her glasses under her goalie helmet. The day before she flew out, we went to Luck to see if they could provide a trial pair for this emergency situation and they did!! We were extremely grateful for their helpfulness, and we highly recommend Luck Optical. If you are unsure about being a walk-in, just get there a few minutes before they open, you can get in and out quickly. If you have kids, they have a nice little play area in the front. They have lots of staff and a great flow to get you in and out efficiently!

I have been coming to Luck Optical for my 6th year now since the pandemic! I cannot express how grateful I am for Laurel today. I got assigned to a lady and when she came out I don't think she knew about my insurance and was very confused on what I could get but then Laurel stepped in and was very kind and professional. She assisted me after that and was very efficient with running my numbers on what deal would work best. She was friendly and helpful and this is an hour before they closed to have that enthusiasm in customer service is outstanding for your store. I can't express how many times I have come to order my lens and don't use my frame allowance, this time I was able to use my frame allowance that I always lost every year. Thanks to her she brought be like 5 frames and then helped me pick out some designer frames I fell in love with. I love how patient she was and you definitely need to keep her on your team. Great asset to your company!!

Had a great experience with our eye exams! Saw Dr.Vincenty for the first time and loved her, she did awesome with my autistic son. She was very patient and I felt like she did very well on trying to get my son to do the exam ,answer her correctly and help him understand what she was asking of him. She also speaks spanish which is a plus because my mom also comes here and we were disappointed when Dr.Delgado left. Lady that helped me with my contacts was nice,(initials SM) and Julia in glasses department is always sweet!

Took my daughter in for an eye exam. The lady at the front desk almost looked annoyed she had people walking in. There was a wait but it's walk in only so I expected that. Saw the doctor, he was pretty nice. Next day we went to pick up my daughter's glasses. The lady checked us in and we sat. After waiting a hour I noticed people who got there after me were starting to leave. I go up and ask how much longer and explain people who got there after me were getting seen ahead and the lady rudely interrupted me. Then the other lady at the desk tells her she forgot to check me in. They did quickly fix it and she apologized. But certain members there need customer service training before someone matches their level next time. Really disappointed cause I heard such good things.

All the way from the doctor to the people that signed us in and Ashli at the service desk were great. Now, on pickup was a different story.When it came to my glasses, first of all, they didn't even ask me to try them on or anything.They just handed me the glasses and gave me the wrong case.And after I told them that oakley comes with their own hard case, they gave me a cheaper case And told me that oakley does not come with a hard case. This was coming from the supervisor in the glasses pickup.And I know that this is not right cuz My brother has the same pair and from the same place.And his came with a case. I just feel like they did not want to take the time to look for my case. And this was pretty sad considering that the rest of the eye care experience was great.

I feel so sad and taken advantage of. I visited this office for the first time in August, in which they made me pay for my contacts up front under the impression that insurance would reimburse me. After preparing for my reimbursement, I learned that it was actually through an Acuvue Awards program for participating locations, so I'm sure they are getting something out of this. I won't be getting my money back, but a prepaid Mastercard that doesn't even match the value of what I paid. I paid 138 up front and my reward is only $100. I am so upset because I used my credit card to make this purchase and now I won't be able to put the money back on my card. Not to mention, it seems that most employees didn't understand the financial process for neither insurance nor glasses. Im just making others aware before you get taken advantage of like me.
