I have been a client of this location since its days as Eyes Nouveau. Since the transition to MyEyeDr., the experience has changed materially; particularly in personalization, quality control, and product selection. Customer Service: Staff are courteous, but discussions involving insurance and identification have at times been conducted within earshot of other customers. In a medical environment, confidentiality should be non-negotiable. Previously, the retail team maintained client relationships such as proactively calling when new styles arrived and offering curated recommendations tailored to individual preferences. Quality Control: My most recent $1,000+ purchase required correction due to improper lab preparation, and no fitting was performed at pickup. Historically, fittings were standard practice and part of quality assurance. That level of oversight appears to have declined. Selection and Durability: The prior store curated boutique European and specialty U.S. brands; including lines such as Face a Face and frames incorporating unique materials and design elements. I still own pairs purchased over 15 years ago that remain in excellent condition. The pair purchased under current ownership failed in under one year with light wear at a comparable price point. Customization: Advanced tinting and mirroring options tailored to complexion and styling goals were once a hallmark of this location. Those capabilities appear to have been replaced with standardized options, reducing differentiation while maintaining premium pricing. This location once operated at a level that justified both loyalty and premium price. I hope leadership revisits what made it exceptional and considers reinvesting in the personalization, quality control, and curated product strategy that built its reputation.

Miya and Lisa, the opticians, were very helpful and made my visit smooth. The store itself needs attention. There were white stains on the seats, bugs trapped in the light fixtures, stains on the carpet, and water stains on the ceiling. The staff is great, but the space could definitely be cleaner

I've been a patient at this office for about three years, and I continue to be so grateful for the wonderful team here. At my most recent visit, my vision benefits weren't pulling up due to changes in my insurance, and the entire staff showed so much patience, grace, and understanding while we worked through it. It was my first time meeting Dr. Johnson, and I was so impressed by her genuine care, kindness, and professionalism in the exam room. She made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. A huge shoutout to Maia, who went above and beyond -- she was incredibly patient and even spoke directly with a representative from my insurance provider to get things sorted out. And thank you to Chris for helping finalize everything and making sure the process went smoothly. I am beyond grateful for this amazing team. Their compassion and dedication truly make all the difference. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and genuine people!

I had an amazing experience at my eye appointment. The staff member who helped me was incredibly patient, friendly, and made the whole visit comfortable. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt really well taken care of. Highly recommend this location for great service!

Been coming to this location for over 6 years now, and no matter what, I will drive the distance to come here. Front staff is very friendly. The process is speedy and thorough. Dr. Johnson is amazing! She took the time to listen to my concerns.

Went in for some new frames and worked with the best person! Leslie T. usually doesn't work in this particular store but she was so helpful in helping me find the right glasses for the shape of my face and the best use of my insurance. I highly recommend her!

I've been a loyal customer at this location for over 15 years, but after their rebranding, I will never return. I sent in my $700+ Lindberg frames to be re-lensed for another $600, and what should have been a simple process turned into a nightmare. After four weeks with no updates, I had to start calling. First, I was told my glasses had shipped but hadn't arrived. Then the story changed--they might have gone to the wrong lab. Finally, I was told they'd been lost altogether. Their "solution"? Offering to sell me new frames at half price--as if I should pay for their mistake. Only after further pushback did the lab agree to replace them. In the end, it took 10 weeks to get my glasses back. Ten weeks for lenses! Not once did the manager or staff call me back when promised--I had to chase them down every single time. The service was careless, unprofessional, and indifferent to the inconvenience they caused. After 15 years of loyalty, this experience showed me they do not value their customers. Incompetence, excuses, and zero accountability. This store has permanently lost my business, and I will be contacting corporate.
