Just got out of my appointment and I could not be grateful enough with my words. First time trying on contacts and Candice (I hope I chose the right spelling haha) was so patient and lovely in helping me all the way through each step and decision. Cannot compliment or thank her enough for all she did, especially with how challenging it was for me. I know it was a lot, and yet she was lovely company all throughout. Least I can do is give a glowing review. I've been going to My Eye Dr for years and have had a pleasant time, but today was exceptional. Dr. Scherer was very informative and efficient in examining my eyes and getting my prescription sorted out. Exceptional experience overall.

Best eye doctor and office I have ever been to so far. Dr. Hamza and his staff were professional and extremely thorough with my exam. This office had all of the latest tech to really examine the eye the way it truly should be examined. Jordyn and all other office staff were amazing. I would definitely come back to this office for my future visits. 11/10!

Been going here past 7 years when it was Heritage Eye Care. Guess it is different with eye md now. Today was an eye opening experience. I won't release names but she is young, spiral curly hair and glasses. I had my appt finished and they brought my file to the front desk. I waited patiently for about 10 min while the front desk finishes with a patient. I was standing at the front desk. During this time I receive no acknowledgement of " I will be with you in a moment". After a while, I finally go up further to the front desk ( I tried to leave some space for privacy for the other customer there) and ask is there a co pay I need to pay? She was like I will be with you in a moment. At this point it was already over 10 min and I felt awkward just standing up there like I was invisible and didn't feel like a valued customer so I was upset. I proceeded to ask other options as I needed to get back to work. She wouldn't just bill me or let me call to pay over the phone all these things now days seems like valid options. She began to give reasons of how their office works and she needed to help the other patient first. I understand that but don't ignore me- give acknowledgement. She didn't want to hear it and finally I was rung up(she even gave excuses of ringing me that it wasn't an easy co pay She needed to figure out why it was charging me full price) I didn't say anything because I knew the price since I had 2 other visits just last week and this was just a follow up-shocker). Needless to say because of her actions I will not be scheduling my recurring yearly eye exams at this location. Not just this example but I referred my mother in law here and my mil mentioned they were unusually expensive. I had my husband also go here last week since I was being seen and they charged him $100 for monovision- when the past 3 years at an office he goes to in Uptown Dallas didn't. So they must nickel and dime as well, he told me. Lost 3 customers and won't be referring any others as well.

Went in to just pickup my glasses that were adjusted. When I initially got them they made me wait to literally just hand them over. Today I was asked to sit and wait again (about 15 minutes). All they needed to do was just get them and hand them over. When I asked if the receptionist could just give them to me, another young woman told me to be patient, and you can't just jump the line. They need to remember that customer service is extremely important and there are ALOT of choices when it comes to eye wear. I will not be going back!

Best place ever to get glasses! Customer service was amazing, I loved my doctor but most of all Amy was very sweet and helpful with every step! Definitely will be back!

I've been seeing Dr. Colvin forever and love her. She always takes such good care of me.Crystal and Jordyn were both very attentive, kind patient and sincere with their patience. Getting older is hard, and when young adults are kind to us, it really matters

Cannot stand the receptionist here. My doctor is the best I've ever had, and all the sales people are great, so l'd rather not have to switch locations but the receptionist makes me dread checking in. She has an attitude every time and I'm totally losing patience for it. She couldn't even handle other employees talking at the same time as her. I can't imagine it's much fun working with her.

Candice & Jordyn were both extremely helpful in helping me with my purchase today. Dr. Anjonette Colvin is absolutely the best. Lots of questions from me and got wonderful answers.
