Amazing selections of unique and classic frames, plus highly qualified opticians that are super helpful with the fit and measurements. Mickey could tell what adjustments my glasses needed just by looking at them on my face! And they were done right after the first visit, unlike other places! They also take most major insurance! Super happy with Patrick Optical and this is now my go-to for glasses. Highly recommend!

I called Patrick Optical to see if they could fix my metal eyeglass frame that was missing a nose pad. He said no problem, and I went right over to get it fixed. The folks that run that business we've very welcoming immediately as I walked in the door. I described the issue to the wonderful lady who greeted me at the door. Again, she said no problem. As she went back and worked on my glasses, I checked out the store, and I was pretty impressed with their merchandise and selection of eye wear. When she finished fixing my frames, they not only replaced the one missing nose pad, but they replaced both. She tightened the frame screws and handed them back to me. I've had these Gucci frames for about 8 years now, and I have to say they fit better now than when I first bought them. The most impressive thing was that they refused to accept any payment. You just don't see these kinds of businesses that serve their communities with such integrity and generosity anymore. Well, Patrick Optical just happens to be one of those businesses that treat you like family. I will most definitely use them again, and I recommend everyone check them out. To say the least, I was impressed, impressed, impressed! Thanks a million to the folks at Patrick Optical!!!

Patrick Optical in Ft Worth knocked it out of the park today. I have been wearing a set of rimless glasses for almost five years. The last three I've been nursing them along as the bushings have been tightened and retightened to the point they were on their last leg. The model is no longer made, and the original corporate retailer wouldn't give me the time of day. Step up to the plate Mickey Bradley, optician at Patrick Optical. He assures me that he is familiar with technology and invites me over to get my favorite eyeglasses fixed. Not only does Mickey fix my eyeglasses, he introduces me to several sets that I really like. I have never had so many choices of eyeglasses. I always hated the high pressure, "everything looks great on you" sales of corporate shops. Well look no further. Cindy helped me out some time ago with some frame issues I was having, overall the place seemed pretty welcoming and there was an eclectic selection of frames to choose from.

Visited Patrick Optical finally after passing by all the time. Cindy was very helpful in selecting a new pair of frames. Mickey provided also provided friendly service and made it a speedy transaction. A few days later I have a reliable pair of glasses just like I ordered. I can't wait to come back for my next pair!

They are way more qualified and accurate than the big named places such as America's Best, Eyelab, Vision Works. I now have a new eyeglass place when in need! And Ms Cindy was so patient and helpful with me! It's always the small places with the greatest service!
