The highest rating I've ever given. I've been going here for almost 10 years. I have gone a couple other places in emergency cases but always try to go here. They are the best and I refuse to be seen by anyone else. The Dr. Is so thorough and friendly. He gets to know you as a person and takes notes to make your experience more personal, so you don't feel like just another paycheck. My prescription is always perfect, staff is helpful and friendly and I pop on over and get me a cute pair of glasses. There is absolutely nothing negative for me to say! I love it here and I hope he never retires! I told him I'll see him in another 2 years if he's still there. He said he will be. Ok. Hold you to it!!

Today at 1pm I decided after a little over four years to finally get my Ray bans looked at which I bought them back in my city of Chicago , an so I kind of felt like I might've waited too long to get them checked out and I was blessed to have come to this forth worth location because one of the ladies on shift that day (Isabel) was able to help me correct my glasses and she gave me little history on the model I had . I wanted to thank you Isabel for helping me and I wanted to thank your location for being available

We were pleasantly surprised with Pearle. I HATE picking out glasses but that went well. We put in our order and the glasses fit the first time and nothing about the prescription needed to be checked. My wife had to go back for a quick frame adjustment but even that was simple.

I had an exceptional experience at pearle vision when I went to buy a new pair of glasses last week. The knowledge and attention I received from Paulina was best I've had thus far. The owners came out to help and made me feel very comfortable to ask questions. They helped me make the best choice for my new frames and for my price range that I requested. The glasses were ready when promised.

Went in on a Saturday to purchase glasses for myself and my partner. Picked out a few. It takes a minute. We were set to purchase 2 sets of progressives and some prescription sunglasses. So legitimately $1000 or so worth of the only thing they sell. I had pounded through my typical 4 cups of coffee and after browsing and getting prices on all of it, I asked to use the restroom, wasn't an emergency but we weren't done. Staff informed me they didn't offer a restroom. Period. I said, "I know we aren't in the best neighborhood but I'll be quick." Nope. Not today. Lens Crafters had a better selection and oddly enough, they did, in fact, have a lavatory. We bought two sets of single vision and two sets of sunglasses. It was around $1300. These are individually owned, so maybe just avoid the one on Oakland. I know I'll never go back.

Glasses were ready in a very short time and again, they took their time to adjust the frame so they fit perfectly. Awful experience before my appointment started. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early and was told there were two people ahead of me for my exact same time. Unfortunately, I decided to cancel and will not be patronizing this business. Very unprofessional.
