I wish there was a higher scale because 5 stars doesn't seem good enough for the professionalism and true sincerity Dawn has shown. I had previously left a 1 star review regarding the staff at the Fort Worth location; Dawn not only took timeout of her day to hear and address my frustration but also made it a point to reach out during her day off and personal time. Not only does this office have a CEO who genuinely cares but also has the most talented doctors in the DFW. Dr. Packwood shows passion for his craft with each patient and makes sure every question is answered to levitate the worry of anxious parents. 5 years and counting with this amazing team.

The staff and Dr. Hunt are so great! My son is 9 years old and autistic they worked so well with him and made him feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I love Dr Hunt. But their answering service and front desk are terrible. The front staff have attitudes. I've told them several times that they are calling the grandmother for appointment confirmation or to return my call yet I leave them MY number (the mother). And to this day the grandmother's phone number is my child's home number. I requested for it to be removed yet again. Will it be removed?

Do not see Dr. Duff. She will talk down upon you, and not listen. She told me my children's droopy eye was from a bruise on her forehead she got 3 days prior to her appointment. Her symptoms started a week before she got the bruise, and I told her that. She continued to tell me it was from the bruise, and to follow up in 4 months..... so I made an appointment and left. Called back, and told the office staff Dr. duff and my personality didn't mesh well. So our follow up was then rescheduled with Dr. hunt who is FANTASTIC by the way. He listened, and said "you should have be referred to neurology like yesterday." Sure enough.... We got a neuro diagnosis! Love this office with the exception of Dr. Duff who will dismiss your concerns, and not believe you on when the symptoms start.

My granddaughter had a great first time visit. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was kind and explained each part of the process. When we left we had next steps and future plans. We are very pleased.

I never had any hiccups in the past but this year when I scheduled my sons appt for his yearly exam they couldn't see me for 4 months. We waited the 4 months and when the day finally comes I do an e check in and I'm told my payment is 80$ which is more than it usually is but it's usually 50$ and that's only a little more and my son is in desperate need of new glasses. So we show up for our appt and the receptionist tells me I owe 242$ from last year and they won't see my son unless I pay it. When I ask what that amount was for I was told it's for a specialty exam..:my son has been coming here for 6 years we have never had to pay 242$. I was blindsided and wish when I had made the appt 4 months prior they told me of this crazy amount that was owed. Finally after waiting 30 min, crying, offering 100$ for this visit they told me they would take the 100$ and put me on a payment plan. I felt like it was really unprofessional that they didn't tell me when I scheduled this appt they just expected me to show up and have 242$ like it was nothing. Unfortunately I won't be coming back. I enjoy Dr Hunt my son is comfortable with him and he's been seeing my son since he was a newborn. It's a sad day.

Doctor Norman and his staff were excellent. Fast and efficient and very helpful with a diagnosis and treatment plan for my daughter. Looking forward to our follow up in 2 months.

The Doctor prayed for my son before his exam & I absolutely love that you can feel the peace within their practice! They were so patient and kind! Thank you!
