Premier Eye Care, now part of MyEyeDr.

This was my first eye appt at this office. The staff Ms Michelle greets you at the front, Diane is such a sweet heart and welcoming spirit, Dr Kim is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and explains your condition along any concerns. Julian is very patient and listens well to what you are looking for. My Eye Dr has been a truly great experience after not wearing glasses for so long. Thank you so much to this wonderful staff and I look forward to my next office visit!

Had an eye exam for contacts and glasses. The doctor was nice the first visit. I took home a pair of trial contacts and ordered glasses. After I got home and tried to work with the contacts I found that I could not read with them. I called back and they said they would schedule me for a re-exam to check again. At that appointment they partially re-checked and gave me another set of trials. Told me to try them for couple of days and call if any issue. These were worse than the first. Again I called to let them know where I was told I would be charged for another exam . I argued this because I paid the first time and still did not have contacts I can see with. They agreed to see me again no charge. This time the doctor was not pleasant, she seemed annoyed I was back again and even blamed me telling me I should just wear glasses. She did not re exam me only changed the brand of lenses. Not surprising this made no difference. I will have to go for a second opinion at another eye doctor and pay out of pocket since this wasted my benefits. Luckily I picked up my glasses today. They are the most expensive glasses ever... but finally I can see. The front office staff is amazing and very helpful. I do not recommend this eye center due to the doctor and her inability to get a prescription correct. Waste of time and money.

I've been seeing Dr. Kim for probably close to 10 years now or so (maybe longer?). She has always provided me with outstanding care. My eyesight is pretty tricky, but she has always treated me with such kindness and understanding. I feel like she is truly always looking after my best interest. The staff that were at my visit today in particular were also outstanding, helpful, and so nice. Thank you for helping me see!

My biggest concern for this office is the cleanliness. The morning following my appointment I woke up with a stye (1st time this has happened to me). I worry that the cleanliness is not upheld as necessary. I honestly really liked the office staff and the doctor. Everyone was very nice and the doctor answered all my questions. I actually chose this office because of the high reviews, but I want others to be aware for their own safety. Maybe it was a one time thing (I don't see other recent reviews with the same issue) but it's still important for others to know this occurred understand the risk.

My experience here was one of a kind! My care team Julian, Neveah, and Dr.Kim were so attentive to my needs. They listened to me and were so patient. Dr. Kim came up with a treatment plan for my watering eyes (it's been years, other providers just told me to get allergy meds) and I'm excited for my journey. The staff is friendly and I'm happy i made the change to myeyedr Basswood!

I've been coming here for years. They are professional, quick, and work with you as you stay on top of your eye care. Thank you Julian for setting me up with new frames and lenses!

I love this place. It was my first time and Dr Kim and staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the office. They really took the time to help me order the perfect glasses using my insurance and I am so happy. I recommend Dr Kim if you are looking for a new eye doctor. 5 stars

"While my initial eye exam was satisfactory, the process of receiving my new glasses was problematic due to poor communication and quality control. The first pair of progressive lenses was faulty. The replacement pair had a reading area that was unacceptably small, and I was disappointed to learn that a wider field of vision option--which I was never shown or told about--would require me to pay for the lenses again. I felt discouraged from seeking a resolution after the representative stated they would understand if I didn't return. Crucially, the staff failed to check my previous glasses' specifications, which may have prevented these issues." I would not recommend this location as there are several in this network.
