Dr. Lai was my optometrist, and she did a wonderful job. She saw me for a routine exam and checked me for glaucoma. She explained everything she did as well as my results - I have never had a Dr. explain these things for me like she did. Her staff was kind and quick. The entire process took 30 minutes and was very affordable. 100% recommend their services.

I have purchased so many pairs of glasses & contacts from this club. I love these associates and manager like family! If I could give more than five stars I would!! Also Dr. Tiffanny Lai is fantastic! I have strabismus and have a hard time getting the correct RX for my contacts. She was so kind and knowledgeable and helped me find just the right strength.

Sam's Optical on Bryant Irvin: I love the customer service. Nancy and Andrew spent so much time assisting me because I have a bridge that's difficult to find glasses to fit me. Julie also helped with her knowledge about sunglasses and what types of tints to get due to the dashboard style of the car. I think they are are amazing!!!!

Absolutely LOVE Sam's Club Optical. Julie, Nancy & Mark are so helpful, as well as all of their staff. I just picked up my glasses yesterday & they adjusted them to fit me so perfectly. I also love that the brand of glasses I purchased contributes to Alzheimer's Research! I will be back next year & actually every chance I get for their free cleaning & adjustments hehe btw the allstate insurance is also a PLUS! ask about it!
