Stanton Optical

I had a fantastic experience at this location. I had never been to a Stanton Optical store before and this was actually my first time seeing an optometrist in a few years because I don't have vision insurance. The ladies who were there and took care of me were very friendly and helpful. They did all the measurements known to man and really took time going through the lenses for the prescription. I tend to get a little confused mentally about what ACTUALLY looks better and they were very patient in going back and forth hundreds of times for me. More than anything though, they moved heaven and earth to get me the most affordable pricing possible. Funny story, I accidentally booked an appointment thinking there would be a summary screen before confirming the appointment and there wasn't one. I was hoping a summary screen might show me pricing for an exam and since it didn't I had no idea what I was walking into. By the end of everything when it was time to check out I was thoroughly glad that this was the place I went to. We will be coming back for my wife in the near future and I'll probably also come here to buy frames in the near future as well. If you're on the fence just give them a call or schedule an appointment and go it, they have ways to meet your needs.

This was my first visit and Deanna did not disappoint. She was very knowledgeable and helped save us as much money as possible. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend!!

I've tried to stay positive but my entire experience leaves a lot to be desired. After I waited for my new glasses to come in, they told me they couldn't get them to fit my face properly. I had to get different frames. This new set took twice as long to get here due to the holidays. Then the screws fell out of the arms of the glasses so I went in to get it fixed. I called and I was told to bring them in and they'll be repaired for free. I went in and they said they couldn't repair them because they didn't have the right size screw. They gave me the option to buy a new pair so I could take the screw from it. I mean really? We're done. My family and I are going anywhere else but here.

I want to brag on this place. I went in on Saturday at 5:30 ( they close at 6) and got some of the best help I could have asked for. Brianna and Paula helped me get 2 new pairs of glass and sun glasses. Mine had broke and I have no other pair. Today Monday I have a pair of glasses already! I would recommend this place and these employees to anyone in need they helped me so much and don't mind staying late to help! I attached a photo of the glasses I got!

Deanna was amazing! I have severe anxiety and sensory issues. I've always had a really hard time with eye exams because of this. So much so that I've delayed getting a new eye exam for almost 5 years. I attempted to go to another eye clinic back in May and unfortunately had a panic attack and had to leave. (I understand this is not normal btw). I found stanton optical and after rescheduling several times, I finally went in for my appointment. Deanna was so kind, she didn't make me feel stupid or crazy. She was calm and talked me through each step and for the first time in over a decade, I was able to make it through my eye exam with only minor anxiety. Im beyond happy with my experience! Will definitely return in the future!

Definitely had my worries before but the staff especially Deanna put me at ease with my eye exams, current issues and available treatment options. Highly recommend...

The call center told me they accepted my insurance wasted my time going in for them to not. The follow day they called me to hustle me to go in again regardless and pay $75 instead of a $10 copay down the street. Don't waste your time unless you're doing self pay.
