I've been to two other places and this by far is the best for service and quality of glasses. Nick an ourstanding store manager and salesperson Falyne that was on the front desk greeted me and made sure that my needs were taken care of and were able to make adjustments to my glasses and competitors glasses I bought somewhere else. Very friendly and willing to do what it took to get me the glasses I needed what a great way to treat customers. I've been to other stores where I've waited for an hour and a half. Very pleased with everything about the store and the employees were exceptional. They have a wide selection of fashionable glasses about double the product of other national brand companies. Highly recommend you check the store out.

As a person with astigmatism this place was the wrong choice. They prescribed me incorrectly twice and they made me pay for the eye exam even though they are the ones who made the mistake. The manager there is not very helpful. Also, the second time I went he didn't run my insurance although it was a new one and not the previous one I had used. another thing is they sold me extra expensive contacts which ended up not really working that great for me. I do not recommend going here.

Shalon was super kind and amazing at her job! She's very knowledgeable about eye health! She helped me pick out the best contact brand for the best price, and helped me understand what TruBlue lenses do! She treated me and my father like family, and made my appointment feel like a visit with a friend. Me and my father felt super comfortable and happy during our visit.

Incredible experience. The woman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect prescription and the perfect fit. You really don't get customer service like this anywhere anymore. Every need was met precisely and I got my glasses the same day despite my abnormally large head !

Deserves a zero. They are extremely deceptive. Check the BBB site first. F rating and have now lost their accreditation due to failure to respond to any complaints or requests by the BBB. Time to start holding these corporations responsible folks!! I URGE YOU TO DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

I have to say, this establishment location and concept is the worst I have ever encountered. I have been wearing eye glasses since I was 5 so that says how horrible they are. I went to this concept and Hulen location in Feb. 2022. I'm still waiting on correct eye glasses. They have had to remake every pair several times and this last pair they sent out over a month ago. My personal advice is to not use this concept or location. My insurance was wasted here or else I would have gotten my money back and went to another concept. Heck even American Best was better than this. Be very careful if you chose here. Hope you can see the pair they corrected twice the bifocal line on left side is crooked.

Prescription was wrong!! The glasses are very cheaply made!!! And forget about one hour service, it took ours TEN DAYS!!! Wouldn't have minded if they were worth a crap! Find somewhere else to go!!!
