Target Optical

I came in for some minor repair to my sunglasses. Kierra provided excellent customer service, quickly and efficiently repairing my sunglasses and without charge. She was thoroughly courteous and professional throughout my visit, making it an easy choice for me to return in the future as needed.

Kierra and Mark are the greatest!! They took their sweet time with me, and we got the perfect eyewear match, this is the only place I trust for my glasses!

Had a great experience today at Target Optical. Kierra was extremely helpful and patient while I picked out three sets of glasses. She was extremely professional and thorough. Definitely my go to for good prices and quality eyewear.

Cringe. Antifog lenses dont work if you constantly go from freezer to cooler. Lenses given were marked with one circle on each lens that wouldn't come off when I cleaned them. This is due to too much pressure when yall put them in the machine thing. I specifically asked Mark if antifog lenses work if I work in a freezer. He gave me smarty pants response "Thats what they are for." Then he says, "I haven't had any complaints." Well, Mark, the antifog coating fogged up within 5 minutes of me entering the freezer at work. The Target system was not updated, so when I ordered my frame I wasn't told it was on backorder. Mark eventually told me I could come in and he'd put the new lenses in my old frames, because i purchased the same frame. This is because I kept calling and complaining. Thats when I went to work and found the lenses to be absolutely garbage. I originally ordered everything July 17. The frames still hadn't come in as of August 1st. I canceled the order for a refund and had Mark put my original lenses back in. Never again will I use Target optical. You're better off ordering from somewhere like Frames Direct, and getting a reimbursement from your insurance.

My glasses were really hanging on my a thread so I had to stop in for a quick repair; I'm so glad I did because Kierra was very very thorough and helpful. They made sure to replace both nose pieces (one was missing) and gave my glasses some much needed TLC. The staff at the Montgomery Plaza Target Optical are always so nice but Kierra takes the cake!

I had another fantastic experience buying my new Meta's at Target Optical. The team there is always so friendly, helpful, and professional--it's consistently a great experience every time I go. This is actually the 4th pair of Meta's I've purchased from Target Optical, and I'll definitely be back to get the in-display versions once they're available. I really appreciate the excellent service and look forward to my next visit!

Kierra and Alex are both Superb Customer service. I sometimes stop in to get my glasses clean on the way out and they always naturally tighten both ends. Both Appreciated much & need a raise
