This place is good enough. Doc gets my script correct. The staff has often made the experience more painful than it needs to be. If you get a chance to work with Jenny up at the front though, she's stellar! She's definitely the only reason I'm getting my contacts here for another year.

Took my daughter here and the staff made her feel so at ease. Daniella, Kaitlin, and Jess were so kind and compassionate. Dr. Johnson was absolutely amazing. So excited for my daughter to be able to see clearly. I ended up getting an exam the same day. Great experience. Doc is very informative, kind and thorough. I can't wait to get my new glasses. Super cute frames. Lots to choose from! This will be the only place I go from now on!

5 Stars! I can't say enough good things about my experience here. From start to finish, everyone was so kind and welcoming. I was seen quickly at each appointment, which I really appreciated--no long waits, just efficient and friendly care. The doctor was amazing--super nice and explained everything so clearly. They took the time to answer all my questions about my eye health, which helped me feel informed and comfortable. It didn't feel rushed at all, which is rare and really meant a lot to me. The girl at check-in was lovely and made everything smooth and easy. And the woman who helped me pick out my frames was just as sweet--patient, helpful, and had great taste! I ended up with glasses I love. If you're looking for a great eye doctor and a truly pleasant experience, I 100% recommend them.

I just left Texas State Optical in Fort Worth and Daniella (Danny) got me set up to be a new patient. She was SO nice and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. She and the team here are amazing!

For the last 15 years I've been getting my glasses from the big box and warehouse stores because I assumed that private optical was too expensive. Not only did they take my insurance but my out of pocket lens cost was cheaper than at big retailers and I was able to get a frame I really liked rather than having to settle for a lower quality one that was just ok because it was all I had to choose from. Lens quality is great and the turnaround time was as promised.

I'm honestly at a loss for words about my experience at Dr. Johnson's office. Out of the 15 doctors, specialists, and medical professionals I'm currently seeing, no single appointment has ever impacted me like the one I had today. What started as a routine visit 11/19 turned into needing to see me four times over the next 2-3 weeks. As a veteran entrepreneur, my choice of industry, and life in general revolve around appointments and being on time- respecting each other's time is a form of care to me. I understand the world moves fast, and everyone is in a race against the clock--but I've been unusually late to every recent appointment here, for various reasons. Instead of enforcing rigid policies, this office has consistently shown me grace, courtesy, and respect without making me over-explain. While my physical condition has slowed me down, it's a reminder that we ALL need to slow down. You never know what Dr. Johnson or the staff might be addressing with the patient before you. If you find yourself waiting 15 minutes or longer, just remember--it's worth it. They made room for you, possibly on short notice via Zoc Doc where others required weeks to get in, it's because they genuinely care about their patients and make room for quick care. This office isn't just about providing excellent medical care (which they do). The real value lies in the people. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond make all the difference. You truly never know what someone else is going through, and this team gets that.

Everyone was so nice! I felt so taken care of! Tyler checked me in and was so extremely kind! James took his time with me and helped me pick out the best glasses for my face. I've never felt so seen in an optometrist office. I can't wait to come pick up my new frames and contacts
