Sad day for me today. I've been going here since the late 80's and I find it hard to go back. When Dr. Neal ran this business, it was great and he seemed to really care for his patients and Dr T seemed to fit in great. When Dr. Neal sold the business to MY EYE DR it seemed to go down hill. I felt like they only wanted to up-sale me when it was time to buy the glasses. The care the Dr T gives is still good and this is not a knock on her and that is why I kept going back. There have now been 3 times where I got burned in the last 2 years and today was the last. The online appointment I made showed different time then what the front desk showed and I was told 3 or 4 times "You are late" even though I was 35 minutes early for what the online appointment was set for, I was still told I would need to reschedule. I asked if another Dr was available and was told yes Dr Tran is but you are 5 minutes late for that appointment but was still denied an appointment and was told, you need to reschedule. I thin I will reschedule...... But with a different Dr office.

This was the first time that I have been to see an eye Dr and had a great visit. Dr Tiffany and her staff were very personable and explained every step of the exam. I then spoke with Day regarding the options and she gave me all the different options without being pushy. She also spent time explaining options and being my first time gave me a great price. I would highly recommend Tiffany and the entire staff! John Q

Love love love my doctor DR.T and I love love the help that Renee put in to help me find the glasses that best look good on me she never fell me. I've been coming here for years and I enjoy all the help with glasses and appointments you get here.

Love this eye health center. They are always fully staffed and very courteous. I love that they will allow me to adjust to my needs and I always look forward to my appointments. I highly recommend them.
