Practice over charges I was charged $1115.00 for exam, lenses and warranty. They pad billing to get the most money!!! I requested my money back for the lenses and warranty as, no order was ever placed for the lenses due to me not being fitted for them. Owner said all sales were final and she would not refund me and stated I signed a policy...I asked for a copy of the policy and it said that glasses and contacts were non refundable once they were ordered etc. But in this case I brought my own frames and lenses had not been ordered because I hadn't been fitted yet. Why would you not refund me? Wanted to give me a credit, but for what? I will never do business here ever again. Poor/minimal selection in frames and padded billing...That's a NO for me.

Great experience! The doctor was patient and kind, and listened to my concerns. The office staff was very helpful, and I had virtually no wait at all for my appointment or to get glasses made. They were able to help me pick out frames and get them made in about 20 mins! Highly recommend true eye center and would definitely come back.

Karla and Dr. Caleb were awesome! Super easy to schedule online. The office was beautiful and had such a great, positive energy. It was my first visit at True but it felt like I had known them for years. Dr. Caleb was thorough and explained everything she was looking at. There was a large selection of frames to choose from, along with an in-office lab. I'm pretty picky but Karla was patient and very helpful while I tried on probably 20 frames. She also made sure I received the full benefits allowed by my insurance. Overall a great experience and I'm glad I found them!
