They be ready to go!!! I get it ...Now I know they advertise store hours however customer service could be better. Walking in mins before closing ok with the wide eyes service like "what you want us to do right now" we all been there but you could have more social skills to welcome not turn away and greet a customer not look at them like why you here. There were three ladies and one of them spoke about coming back tomorrow how corporate don't like them pass hours and that they closed they laptops. I just wanted frame ordered that I set up with previous representative and make a purchase and they didn't find any notes the previous representative had and basically was like yeah you need more information. All understandable. Am I ready to go back to this location?? Not really nor the store brand at all plus coming in at a better time may not mean better service. There maybe better store options.

Greeted as soon as we walked in with smiles and assistance. Floor consultants offered myself to go ahead and brows while waiting on my Husband to come in. Was left to look around for what we wanted, when ready to check out was helped immediately. Process was easy and quick. Overall great experience!!

I went in today to pickup my 2 pair glasses and got very poor customer service. When I walked inside there were only two women working and 5 customers, there were no acknowledgement as customers come in. The correct way would've been welcome in, I'll be with you shortly. After I saw no one was going to say anything I just sat and waited till one of them became available. Well another customer came in, about 2 minutes one of the ladies walk over to assist him as I hadn't been waiting for over 15 minutes or longer. I've never experienced such rudeness and poor professionalism. I will not be back., pay too much money for eyewear and exams to be mistreated in such manner!

We have been coming to Visionworks for our families glasses for a few years now. They have exceptional service every time. The lay out and selection of frames is great. They have so many choices in all different price ranges. Hailey and Fa helped us and were both so friendly and personable and helped us pick frames that worked with our face shape. I also really appreciate that Visionworks takes donations of old prescription glasses and gives them to the Lions club for those who aren't able to get glasses of their own. A great way to repurpose old glasses!

I had an appointment at Americas Best. I was shopping in the area and came across Vision Works.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and helped. The tech/staff was wonderful. She took the time to look up my ins benefits to tell me what options were available to me.
Before leaving , I picked out two pairs of glasses I liked and wrote the model number down, went next door and booked an eye exam for the following day and cancelled my appt with Americas Best.
I'm a Vision Works customer for life now and will recommend family and friends. As a matter of fact, I booked my wife an appt there and cancelled her appt that she had somewhere else because I wanted her to go here. Thanks for top notch service in every aspect.

I've been coming here for about 3-5 years, and every single time I walk in, I receive excellent service. Even when the store is busy, the staff remains calm, knowledgeable, and attentive. They never rush anyone and always give each customer their full attention. They're incredibly friendly and helpful. I have two insurance plans, and they always take the time to explain which one works best for my needs in a way that's easy to understand. Their professionalism and care truly stand out.
