My lenses Delaminated after about 1yr. For $900 retail price the quality should be better. Called in to see if they would correct it. Told me the lenses are only covered for the length of the prescription. How long is a prescription good for? No real answer given orhthan go spend more $$$on lenses. I wont be using this organization again. Markup is crazy high on glasses Visonworks is trash. They want you to spend and $150-300 for warranty. Instead sell quality products instead of crappy

I just came back from the best optometrist appointment I have ever had, and I have been needing glasses since age 10. Dr. Clyde Singleton is just a great human, very professional and meticulous. He explained all the data that was gathered really well.
In addition to that, the front desk staff are very professional and friendly as well and have great communication skills. While the office may look like a hole in the wall tucked away in the mall, the overall experience was really great and I felt taken care of.
