Dr. Keira is a wonderful person! She has such a laid back demeanor that puts you at ease. She is very knowledgeable, but down to earth and takes care of all of her patients. She has an excellent support team. Her staff members are friendly and helpful each time I visit or call for information. They have great eye-wear; you don't have to worry about going through the process of having the subscriptions or insurance process when you're getting your glasses or contacts filled. It's all done in house with no work on your part. I highly recommend Dr. Keira West! I have a great experience every time I visited the office.

Looking into finding a doctor for a prescription for new glasses - I already have the frame. My concern is almost 100% of these reviews are YEARS old! That is a red flag that something has changed in the office - usually unhappy customers just stop going to the provider and don't bother with a complaint. Might want to update your reviews if you can!
