My elderly father damaged his glasses pretty badly and we took them into the vision center to see if they could repair them. Brandi was outstanding! She made us comfortable while she completely repaired and cleaned the glasses. My dad was super pleased, and when we went to pay, she simply smiled and said "no charge!" WOW! Now THAT is customer service!
