Hello,
I called around to five different locations trying to find the Gen 2 Ray-Bans, and this was the only place that had them. When I called, I spoke with Hugo, definitely ask for him if you get the chance. He provided outstanding customer service, never rushed me, and patiently answered the many questions I had. He was extremely friendly and kept a smile on his face the entire time... he might even still be smiling now, lol.
I'll end with this. We all work hard for our money, and with everything being so expensive especially when making a big purchase. It truly feels good to deal with someone who's happy to answer questions with a smile every step of the way.
10 out of 10.

Laura is AMAZING! I was in the store grabbing a couple items and saw that she was still working and stopped to see about replacing my broken frames! Not only was spur of the moment it was closing time, she took her time and showed dedication into finding the EXACT match for my lenses as well as staying in my budget range all with a smile and confidence on making sure my vision needs would be let! Not once was there any type of gesture or body language as far as being closed and taking the time in helping me and I can't thank her enough for the help and now I'm able to see with my new frames! They were very knowledgeable of the different brands and styles of eyeglasses, even down to the color. They even recommended I get the protection plan in case something were to happened to the glasses. Overall, I had a really great experience. So much so i ended up purchasing 3 eyeglasses, 1 shades. We had a wonderful experience with Rosa today. She took care of our entire family. We went to another place for glasses and after being told we would need to pay over $1200 bucks out of pocket with insurance my husband decided we would not be doing that. Just spent over $400 on a pair of glasses and the frames wiggle it is loose and it needs to be fixed. I got them five days ago. I took him up there to see if I could get them serviced and they told me I had to buy the extended warranty or protection plan and if I hadn't, they couldn't help me. It had only been five days. The lady I was speaking with was very cold and matter of fact, attitude real crappy I think she was having a very bad day and I just happen to get the receiving end of that. I do not recommend them at all go someplace else
