Warby Parker WestBend

My name is Linda Smith. Bee first met us and took care of us promptly and was so very nice and helpful! Dr Jordyn was amazing! Th exam was great and she took time to talk to us and answer all my questions! Both are a true asset to your company!! Will definitely be going again and will tell everyone to do the same!! Glasses ordered and I could t be more happy! Again, Bee was amazing at helping us and Dr Jordyn is the BEST!!!

Veronica was very helpful today! I had never been into the store, was there to buy prescription sunglasses. The Size labeling on all the Glasses is super helpful. After I narrowed my choice down to five or six, Veronica helped with my decision based on color and shape of glasses in conjunction with my face shape. I will definitely go back.

I went in to purchase a pair of prescription sunglasses as I have had prescription glasses with Warby Parker several times. David greeted me and explained that any of the glasses could be made into sunglasses and then explained that even though I use a progressive lens I could also have transitions and demonstrated to me the darkness that the lens would achieve. He then left me to look at the selection and try on various glasses (I prefer to not be hovered over and appreciated him giving me some time.) He came back to see how it was going and I made a final decision after he popped out a lens of sunglasses so that I could see what they would look like if I kept them on indoors. I was so happy with that as I was making a decision between two pairs. We pulled up my prescription, went over my selected options, I paid and the order was submitted. He provided me an email and a printed receipt as I will be filing a claim with my vision insurance on my own. Best service yesterday and I am very happy with the outcome!

I visited today with my mom and Son and had the best experience because the store has an amazing selection of glasses but mostly because of Catherine. They have actually helped me on 2 different occasions and each time they went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, was really knowledgeable and eager to help and also went out of their way to be kind and patient with my toddler son (and toddler daughter when I came the time before). Catherine's customer service went beyond what I expected and stood out to me and I really appreciated their help. Thanks Catherine- you are awesome <3

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Warby Parker. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by their friendly staff who assisted me in finding the perfect frames that best fit my face and looked great! The staff member also went over the cost with me using my insurance and the various options for the particular frames I selected. Was a terrific experience!

Incredible customer service, knowledgeable and patient management. Helpful staff that helped me make great choices. I was indecisive and both made me feel like the focus was on our needs and made sure they explained every option to make my glasses perfect for me!! This service was exemplary!!! Highly recommend. I purchased a pair of glasses today. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my second pair to purchase here and I do like their quality as I have had my previous glass for 3 years and they still could be worn longer. I recommend Warby Parker for many reasons; great cost, great assistance, great quality and convenience in ordering. Honestly the only thing I think that could be better would be if there were a bit more frame choices. I will go here again for my shades and few years down the road to purchase another pair if I need new lenses.

This Warby Parker location has always provided a great customer experience. The representatives are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. This was our 3rd visit to this location over the past few years and this was the best experience so far. We will definitely return to this location for our future eyewear needs.
