I've come here a number of times throughout the years primarily due to convenience of location but most importantly hours and weekends. Great for working adults. However, this visit was not all that great. It is an allergy heavy season...Cedar Fever is what they're calling it. Yet the doctor wants to take pictures and instill some fear that my dry eyes are so bad I can't get anything other than Daily lenses and good luck if I don't take this eye drop he sells then no doctor will give me a contact prescription. I'm fine with the daily's because that's what I wanted anyway. Then when checking out, I'm charged a fitting for 100 but I didn't get the trial pack as they have to order it. I simply asked to pay my bill, get my prescription, then have trials ordered. They didn't order the trials and said if I want trials then I have to surrender the contact prescription...trials are only ordered for patients who order the full lenses from them....why did I pay the fitting then? To make it all more confusing, I shows the doctor and he confirmed that my contact lenses prescription from last year to this year was materially the same. What a scam of service and what kind of fear mongering doctor does that to people. I'm not coming back.
