They could work more on customer service skills. I felt more like just another number instead of an existing client. Very transactional and the optometrist assistant was very demanding/almost rude, no please or thank you. They still got the job done but I would be open to going to another place next time though I've been an existing client.

I've been going to doctor Altig since 2006ish I believe and I've always had a great experience! From the reminders for my appointment, for the people helping me pick the right lenses for me, the wrong color came in last time and they let me wear them until the correct color came in!, great costumer service! Great front desk! 12/10 best Eye Doctor ever!

Visited this place for the first time for a routine visit and was rushed through everything and referred to a "Dr. Strange" for laser eye surgery. Not the type of visit I was expecting especially since my usual doc never prompted me needing any type of surgery, which I thought was weird. I paid for transition lenses to transition to the darkest setting but what I receive where lenses that didn't go dark at all. As an insult, was told I had to be in sunlight for them to change.... (No sh!t Sherlock) needless to say I will never visit this waste of time again.

I would post a 0 if it were available, I have been seeing Dr.'s at this place for several years, until we had a horrible expert with Dr. Reynolds's she was extremely rude and I was very materfact about how I felt . Dr. Reynolds's needs to understand you are there for customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction should be for front not you have a horrible attitude because you were overbooked. The customer is the one who pays you not the other way around. We will not be back ever , there are Much better eye Dr. Options around!!
