Highly Recommend Dr. Vu at ClearView Vision Center! I had an excellent experience today at the ClearView Vision Center for an eyeglass prescription test. I was called in exactly on time, and Dr. Vu personally conducted all of the vision tests. She was exceptionally professional, clearly explaining the procedure and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. After dilating my pupils, Dr. Vu performed a thorough examination for other possible complications. She identified a potential issue with my recently implanted lenses and promptly referred me back to the eye surgeon who performed my cataract surgery. The entire visit was pleasant, and I was very pleased with the professional and attentive manner in which everything was handled. I will update this review once I receive my new eyeglasses and follow up with my surgeon, but to date, I am very satisfied with Dr. Vu and the ClearView Vision Center.

If neglect had a waiting room, it would look exactly like this place. The first thing that greets you isn't a smile, it's a row of half-dead plants gasping for water. That should've been my first clue that attention to detail isn't exactly their strong suit. And then came the deja vu moment. Last year, I had to awkwardly scoot my chair up to that little air-puff machine, you know, the one that blasts your eye like a leaf blower. I asked them nicely if they could please get a rolling chair for next time. A simple request, right? Apparently not. A full year later... same story. Same uncomfortable setup. Same shrug from staff. If a place can't manage to water their plants or provide a basic chair after an entire year's notice, it really makes you wonder what else they're overlooking. Sadly, this visit confirmed it for me -- this office has lost its care, its pride, and definitely my business.

Dr. Summer Vu is great. She does a great job at explaining everything and truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend.

I had a sudden onset of blurry vision in my right eye. I made a call to Dr. Summer Vu and she gave me an appointment within a half-hour. I was diagnosed and prescribed medicine which helped me and she double-checked me the following day. I was very thankful that Dr. Vo took such good care with my eye health.

The doctor (Evans) is very difficult to understand when she speaks and is very abrupt with patients and the office staff. I would go back but request a different doctor.

This was a wonderful experience! I'm usually nervous, but the whole staff is so friendly and calm. Really helpful! Clara actually helped us both pick out our frames, too. Good eye! Thank you!
