My glasses got scratched while there. I am one of those people who constantly keep my glasses clean. I can't stand even if a spec is on them. When I went for my first visit at this location, he took them to see what prescription I had. When I got them back, I saw that there were fingerprints all over them which drive me crazy, so I didn't put them on until I walked out to the front counter. I asked the girl for something to clean the fingerprints. While doing so, I noticed that something seemed like a hair was on them. I realized it was a scratch. When I got home I realized how deep the gouge was. I decided that since it was probably an accident and I was getting new glasses anyway I would disregard it. However, it's been bugging me since then because it's right in the middle of my vision, and even though it was probably an accident, I lost out on what was going to be my backup glasses. As well as I want anyone else that goes for a visit to please be careful if you hand off your glasses. He is really nice and did a great job with my prescription I think, but I couldn't let myself not write this down after having to wear these for several days after that visit.
