I wish to express my concerns regarding the service quality and product offerings at this particular Visionworks location, which has received a five-star rating despite several shortcomings in employee conduct and product quality. I question whether they may be purchasing reviews or engaging individuals who are not actual customers to provide illegitimate feedback. Visionworks positions itself as one of the most expensive vendors in the optical market, often promoting deals such as "buy one, get one free." I encourage consumers to assess the authenticity of such promotions critically. The quality of the anti-glare coatings used on the lenses is subpar; after only a few months of use, I have observed that the coating begins to peel, rendering the lenses opaque and impairing vision. Frames and lenses are a significant investment nowadays, and therefore, customers must pay attention and thoroughly investigate the guarantee and quality of the products. Customers often invest significant amounts, sometimes exceeding $700, for lenses and frames, yet this company seems disinclined to assume responsibility for the deterioration of lens quality once the sale is complete. They blame the customer for any defects in the product, even though the materials used to manufacture the lenses are of poor quality and inexpensive, yet are sold at a high price to the consumer. I urge every customer to do their research and visit various other lens and frame vendors to compare quality and service. The material Visionworks uses for anti-glare coatings is so poor that after just a few months, it starts to peel, leaving the lenses opaque and obstructing vision. Customers who spend up to $700 should not have to deal with such quality issues, especially since the company does not take any responsibility for lens problems once the sale is made. Additionally, I would advise the staff member who attempted to speak Spanish but lacks proficiency to refrain from doing so, as it may come off as disrespectful and abrasive to those who genuinely speak the language. As for the manager of the store, it seems she only cares about assisting customers when they are buying new glasses and frames, showing little interest in helping once she has met her sales targets for the quarter.

Great overall exyperince. DR was excellent. Staff professional! Optical Store has my confidence and I will be returning yearly. Did not appreciate $25 charge for using my own frame!

Cheryl at Visionworks Baybrook did an excellent job in helping me select new frames for my glasses. I have had the pleasure of working with Cheryl many years and I have always been pleased with the results. This time she had the added problem to consider with glaucoma and she took the time to help me get the frame and lens I needed.

I've used Visionworks for many years. Clara is the best. Friendly and professional.

The lady who took care of my contacts order was very friendly, courteous and efficient. She can definitely multi-task. She was a black lady with an accent but I don't recall her name. Great experience!! Will be back!

Ms Clara was SO professional and caring!! She was determined to help me with my problem ( broken frames), and she did!! Wonderful job Ms. Clara!! Thank you The problem with the visit was the poor thing was working by herself... she should have had help. She worked very hard and very professionally with what she had!!
