I'm a regular customer and went to pick up my new glasses and there was a minor correction required on one pair. Christopher Jones the GM personally checked on my lens and took care of the issue immediately. His personal attention was very much appreciated and ensures that I will continue to be a returning customer. Thank you Chris and your staff. John Baker

This place is ridiculous. I usually go there once a year. And it consistently gets worse and worse. The Dr. Is very good. The rest is not. Ordered contacts was told they would be there by the 29th Dec. Well today is 10-Jan. And still have not received a call, not even an automated one. Nothing. So I went in today to pick them up. I already knew for a fact they were there and had been there since Dec. 30. I was waiting ..... and this use to be a good store. Now no one is ever in there, and the workers are not very kind to their customers.

I went there and waited 45 minutes after appointment start time to be told in the room that the doctor was virtual and I'd have to come back next week for a follow up to get my contacts prescription (as she couldn't write it virtually)I genuinely don't understand why this wasn't communicated upon arrival. I've never had to make two visits for a contacts prescription. I reached out to their email that they're responding to all the reviews with and got a response stating the district manager would be in contact soon. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I've heard nothing. All this to say, call beforehand to make sure thy e doctor is there if you need your prescription that day.

Had a pleasant experience getting my exam and glasses. The Dr was very sweet, Chris checked me out and explained everything. He catered my glasses to what was needed for my RX. Also there's a lot of glasses to pick from. Sending my mom in next week.

Went in to get my yearly exam and new glasses. Christopher was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and helped me get everything I needed! Amazing service from Christopher!!

Overall I can't say my experience was awful. I did have a small budget and they worked with me and let me try on as many frames as I needed to find the right ones. Loved Chris, the man who helped me pick out frames. Very patient. And the Doctor, Dr. Singh was also very kind and patient and gave me clear instructions. HOWEVER... the first technician that helped me, her name was Jade. She was very RUDE. I'm glad I didn't have to sit with her long, I almost walked out after seeing her but I needed glasses so badly. Specifically her instructions were sharp and short and her tone was honestly disrespectful. She would instruct me in ways that weren't clear and then get an attitude with me when I didn't follow correctly. She was all smiles until the door shut and it was just me and her. I usually give people benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day but there's no excuse for the way I was spoken to by her. She needs an attitude adjustment or maybe a break if she's having personal issues I don't know. Everyone was great, I'm glad I didn't walk out after having a negative experience with Jade.

Thumbs up for the eye doctor, that is the only good thing about this location. Asked them repeatedly to make sure my glasses were mailed to the America's best where I live since I was just there working out of town. Never sent them, never even wrote them in the notes to as I had to call to find out where my glasses were. They were mailed 5 days after I called them and they had been there a week already. Two associates were to worried about hanging out and cutting up it seemed.

It's a clean place, and most days you receive quick service. The staff is friendly. You also have a lot of options.
