Dr John Nguyen OD and Associates

My fiance and son had gone to this outfit recently to get updates to their glasses prescriptions. She had noticed right away that she was getting headaches and asked for a follow up, which was done. Afterwards, she was told prescription was correct and continued to have headaches do issues with depth perception with this prescription. Upon visiting a different t optometrist that I use, it was found that they were over by 3 levels of power, and made a large errors. Multiple attempts were made asking them to make this right, either be evaluation or partial refund, to which we were denied. My son now is also having issues, in which I will have to pay for and get him reevaluated and everyone's glasses redone to match. Do note, the doctor did not speak to us directly, only kept us in touch with the front desk. I'm disgusted by the lack of professionalism and poor business practice. I would be extremely careful trusting anyone from this place.

This office is exceptional and amazing with their customer service. From the receptionist to the eye doctor John Nguyen! They are extremely accommodating, friendly and exceeded my expectations. Don't let the fact that they are outside of a Walmart fool you. While I do not recommend that Walmart location for your glasses, I highly recommend this doctor's office for your prescription. My first visit there I was booked in and seen the doctor in less than 15 minutes. Again, I highly recommend this doctor and the experience exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends, as my eye doctor has moved to Dallas and this Precinct line location serves me perfectly and their professionalism is top notch.

Dr. Nguyen was awesome. Monique his receptionist was so nice and welcoming. The Dr. is very smart, kind and personable without trying to keep you in the chair forever Lol. Will definitely go back and I highly recommend. 10 out 10

Dr. Nguyen was amazing!! He explains everything in detail you would want to know about your eyes. He is incredibly kind and professional! I don't have insurance and the eye exams are very affordable. I highly recommend this office to everyone. Before I found this office I had gotten a prescription that was completely too strong and wrong. I voiced my concerns l, he made me feel very comfortable and explained to me if prescription isn't working to please come back and he will fix it. I never did had an issue at this office though! Thank you so much for all your help!!

The eye doctor was professional and nice but the lady receptionist very rude and unprofessional don't understand simple English. They misspelled my name on my script so I am unable to use my script for glasses or contacts. So I wasted my money for an eye exam.

I've been to many optometrist over the years and I must say Dr. Nguyen is by far the best I've been to. I've wanted to get contacts for years but could not get a correct prescription for them. After much wasted time and money I gave up. I mentioned contacts to Dr. Nguyen and he took time to clearly explain my options for contacts, gave me some samples to try for a week before finalizing the Prescription. He got it right on the first visit and now I will be able to wear contacts. Professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator, I highly recommend Dr Nguyen. Yes I've been to the "Fancy" expensive places. I'll take Dr Nguyen and Wal Mart for cost effective and first class service for eye exams and glasses from here on.

I entered as a walk-in and left with my prescription very fast. Doctor John Nguyen is super kind and the desk lady is so polite and very pretty. I recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to wait long for their prescription and accurate information. I wish I got to talk to them longer because I really enjoyed their company.

The service is so good! They were very quick with my eye exam and the prices here are very good from previous experiences. The place itself is very clean and Covid safe. The desk lady is very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new prescription for a very reasonable price!
