Dr. Steven P. Lazenby, OD

Dr Lazenby has been by optometrist for many years and will continue to be so until the day he decides to retire. He is always very professional, fun to talk to, very knowledgeable about his profession, and over all a great experience. He helps out when ever possible. For me it was when i ran out of contacts before it was time to order more and he gave me one to cover till the new pack came in. For me it will be a sad day when he decides to retire because then I will have to find a new Optometrist.

Wonderful eye exams very thorough and he's very patient with me and I've never gotten a bad prescription from him over the past 10 years. I truly think he's one of the best around.

We have been with Dr. Lazenby for 25-30 years. I think we started seeing him in the early 80's. He is amazing! In fact, he is so good, that we drive from Huntsville to Ft. Worth to see him!! Does that tell you how highly we regard him? Completely trust his judgement and care! Highest recommendation!

I have been going to Dr. Steve for the past 20 years or so. He is just the best optometrist ever, always asks about my family & tells me about his. I never feel rushed through an exam. Dr Steve always takes the time to make me feel like I matter to him as a person and a patient. Now my husband goes to him as well and he appreciates Dr Steve as well. I can't imagine going to another optometrist as long as Dr. Steve is still practicing:).

Went today to ask for an appointment and the person who was at front desk was very rude. After asking for an eye exam, he was so angry and almost yelled at me saying that I cannot just come without and appointment because they do not accept walks-ins, he said that there were clients on his list that have scheduled for today and he has no free spots. I totally understand that he's busy but I swear he was very rude just because I made a question. I told him I know eye care clinics does not take walk-ins and I just wanted to schedule an appointment then I walked out of there while he was still saying stuff. RUDE!

We love Dr. Lazenby! Very knowledgeable and great with kids. He puts my very shy 9 year old at ease. Highly Recommend.
