I had a wonderful experience at Eyecrafters with Tommie! From the moment I walked in, Tommie made me feel welcome and comfortable. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He helped me find the perfect pair of glasses for me and my children that not only fit our faces but also my budget. His customer service was outstanding--friendly, professional, and genuine. I truly appreciated how he went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. If you're looking for great eyewear and excellent customer care, I highly recommend asking for Tommie at Eyecrafters!

The lens quality is great, another major competitor told me so when they looked at my glasses. They have a huge selection of frames to choose from. Tommy has exceptional customer service I rate them 100 +. PS Tommy 67 from Malachi.

Maybe miscommunication though upon arrival after being on phone and confirming that optometrist was present as well as walking. Even ensured hours of operation prior to driving to location only to be told Optometrist was done for day. I was speaking with Tommy the optometrist standing near by. After being told optometrist was done for day I was not happy. Tommy did try to explain we I didn't agree. My issue shifted to the optometrist whom was still standing there whom chose to inform me who we was. All that being said your reviews online speak for themselves. You, Tommy, you maybe be everyone's favorite today was not that. Your optometrist was fly with the tongue but please take time to read the reviews you spoke so highly of they only refer to you I will not recommend refer anyone to this place.

I've been going to Eyecrafters for many years, and I have always been impressed! The customer service and selection of frames is the best around. Tommy is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always gives his honest opinion. If you're in need of a great pair of glasses, this is the place to go!

I started wearing glasses in November 2024 after coming here for an exam. I received my prescription, purchased the Ray-Ban Metas, and everything has been flawless! Dr. Teeler and Tommy have been extremely helpful and thorough every step of the way. Since then, I've had them do a couple more frames for me and even referred my mother. Overall, they've been great, I couldn't be more pleased!

I've been coming to them for about 20 years. I love Tommy, so sweet and handsome! I remember when my grandmother had her shop next door at their 1st . Love them and will never shop another place!!! Love yall

Tommie Brown was very professional, very patient on showing me seemed like a 100 pair of sunglasses. He had to order the frames and once they arrived he called me to come in and do a final adjustment to make sure I was happy. Thank you Mr. Brown

3.8 written, it's way way too much. He does not even deserve one star the worst of the worst of the worst service you can ever imagine or think about. I feel very disgusted that I did my biggest mistake and I went to that location.
