Feline the customer service rep was upset when I had asked her if they could replace the lenses for my new frames. She told me we don't do it here. Then that is when a new manager from a different location was able to assist me. He indicated to me normally I don't work at this location. But I will be able to assist you. The manager was professional with better attitude. Feline the customer service rep was too busy talking on the phone with her boyfriend. I guess she gets paid to run off CUSTOMERS and talk on the phone. When the Target optical is just down the road. I have been a previous customer there since 2019. Time to change optical and take my money elsewhere. Feline deserves to work for SONIC fast food entry level minimum wages with that attitude and zero tolerance for customers.

I will never never come back to this company I spent so much money an I still can't used my glasses . I should have known the signs when there were a lot more people there for the second time to get their glasses fixed. I ran into one of my coworkers and she was there for the third time trying to get her glasses corrected that was a very bad experience and no, I will not be returning nor recommended one of my friends co workers neighbors to this facility

My mom was in need of a an eye exam but was worried about her being Nepali and not being able to speak much English. My mom and I popped in and was greeting with open arms. The store was clean and organized and it felt comfortable. The store manager Brooke I believe her name was greeting us as well and I told her my issue. She went above and beyond and did the eye exam herself. My mom felt very comfortable and she took her time to make sure I could translate to my mom what she needed to know for her eye exam. Overall my mom finally can see and it's all thanks to the staff and Brooke at this store. Thank you for taking care of my mom and to know there is still professional kind people out there that still cares and customer service is in point. Give those people a raise! They deserve everything!!

Clearly states on the door eye exams till 7! That is situational! I am pressed for time and got there At 6:10pm walk inside to be told unfortunately they have no more openings. Strange cause no one but two workers were in the store but me. Stanton optical truly does not care for a customer.
