Terrible Experience on November 13, 3025. My mother-in-law was scheduled for her wet and dry shots in her eyes. We arrived & were told the wet shot could not be given for another week. We could get 1 dry shot today and the waiting room was completely full - probably an hour to an hour and a half wait. The next appointment available in the Kingwood office was December 4. We were told she needed the shots every 6 weeks - that would be 9 weeks. We will drive 45 minutes next Friday to The Woodlands Office to a Retina Consultant Doctor we have never met. Thank you.

The entire office staff here is incredibly friendly. The front desk ladies are very warm and kind as soon as you enter the office as well as when you leave. I don't like doctors offices but when Kelly brought me into the first room for testing she quickly put my nerves to ease. She is very comforting and knowledgeable. Dr Patel truly cares about his patients and it's very obvious as soon as you see him for your progress checkup. Many thanks to the entire office!

At first visit, I was impressed with efficiency and professionalism of each employee. From the front desk employee forward, it didn't take me long to realize that the office staff had an excellent system in place as I moved from room to room. As they each performed specific tasks and accumulated data for Dr Rahman, I quickly knew that I would be accurately assessed and treated. Dr. Rahman communicated results with me and answered my questions. Each staff member seems to represent a strong team unity with the goal of being accurate with my issues. I look forward to my follow up this week as I move forward with treatment.

This kingwood location is beyond the best!!! When I tell you they make you feel seen heard and felt they do. When I bring my mom for her appointments it's like walking into a friends house not an office. The staff greet you with warm smiles and they actually remember you as a person and not just another patient. We have never met such an amazing team as you got right here in this office! If I could I'd give them 100 stars

I had a great experience both times that I visited Retina Consultants of Texas in Kingwood. All of the staff with the exception of one lady were warm and welcoming. They made me feel at ease with their professionalism and knowledge. They explained each procedure in great detail which allowed me to feel more at ease and comfortable with them and my procedure. I would definitely recommend them to my providers, friends and family.

My experience at RCTH has been great including the entire front staff. I would love it if changes were made to the billing department and how patients are billed. Receiving a bill months after an appointment is not the ideal situation for me. I would prefer to pay my bills immediately and not have it roll over into the next month. Please fix this issue.
