Took my client to an appointment here, appt was at 9:30am, got here 15 min early and was not called back until almost 10, they did some testing and then put us back out in the waiting room again to wait to see the doctor. It is now 10:45 and we are still waiting. Over booked patients to see this Dr.My client only had allowed hours and with sitting here the other things he needed to do now has to wait until his next visit! This is not the first time he has been here and had to wait so long. This office needs to schedule better, and think about their patients. Not at all impressed with this office at all. I will not suggest anybody to come here. Truly just disrespectful to our elderly you make them wait!

Arrived timely for a 745am appointment and it's 805am and the lobby is full and no one seems interested in doing anything with any degree of efficiency or timeliness.

I clarified over the phone that they took my insurance. Drove over an hour from Jefferson Area to find out they do not take my insurance and I was NOT happy. The staffs attitude and lack of knowledge was distasteful and my attitude matched the vibes.

This place has only one handicapped parking space at a Dodge Rammit Health Care Facility! When I called and told them I had no place to unload my wheelchair safely in their parking lot here is the exact response: "Well, I don't know what to tell you." I cancelled my appointment, I won't be back.

Regina need to have better customer service, she acts like yall are doing us a favor by scheduling appointment, not friendly at all not living the Christus Values a all

Nice building, friendly, attentive and prompt service, all employees that spoke to us were very professional.

Very patient with my little one especially since she has no patience at all.

Still waiting after a month for them to call a specialist for my eyes and then the staff are rude when I call because apparently I should do their jobs for them.
