Claira, my sales lady was very professional and helped me get the exact glasses with the blue tint I wanted for these beautiful Swarovski Gold and Blue Crystal eyeglasses I fell in love with! I called the day before and spoke with her and asked if they had the same glasses and the blue tint in stock! I asked if she'd put them up for me and when I came in she remembered who I was!! I drove all the way to Longview from the Tyler location because they didn't have the blue tint! They were very busy yesterday and she didn't lose her cool as she was taking customers measurements etc.. Plus she greeted everyone as they walked through the door and answered the telephone all at the same time! Very excellent customer service and they had my glasses ready an hour or so before they were scheduled to. (I went to Papacita's while I waited) The manager was very nice too and is who delivered the glasses to me and he made sure I was pleased with my new eyewear! The beautiful bright yellow case and eye cloth are so so nice I love them! Great Eyeglass store all the way around! What a beautiful hot summer day it turned out to be!

Steven was absolutely phenomenal in every aspect of our visit. We really appreciate how nice and patient he was with my kids. Helping them pick out quality frames and explaining all the perks that came with my insurance policy. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I went in needing glasses fast in order to get back to work in time to drive a school bus. These amazing people had me 2 pairs of nice very affordable glasses within 15 mins. The people were amazing and so are the products 2 pairs of glasses for under $40 that fast you can't beat it.
