Dr Blake Williams is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. I am 62 years old and been in glasses since 2nd grade, so many optometrist through the years. Dr Williams is extremely intelligent and through. He even took care of my 4 year old grandson and recognized his need for glasses. Can't give this office enough praise. 5 stars.

Our testing lady was very kind and kept me informed of what I needed to do during testing. My doctor was very nice and thorough. I left confident that I got a very good exam. Thank you so much, Robert

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Mattu. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The actual eye exam was excellent, and I felt well cared for once I was in the exam room. However, my experience at check-in was frustrating. I was told I needed to pay my $10 copay plus an additional $40 for a refraction imaging service. What bothered me was that this was presented as if it were required, not optional. I had to specifically ask whether I could choose pupil dilation instead and avoid that extra charge. Only then was I told yes, but with the warning about blurry vision for several hours. At other eye clinics I've been to, this has always been presented as a clear choice up front. Here, it felt more like the more expensive option was assumed unless you questioned it. That left a bad impression, even though the doctor himself was great. If the front desk were more transparent about optional services and pricing, this would easily be a five-star practice.

Check in for my 1:00 procedure was super simple. Got eyes dilated, numbed, etc. at 12:58...things are looking good, right? It was almost 2:30 before I was finally called back for a 5 minute procedure. Not a fan of the medical community as a whole, mainly because patients are treated like cattle. No one's time matters except for the doctors and nurses.

I loved my visit with Dr. Jackie Hardin. She was very professional and I feel I received a good Diagnosis. She took her time to discuss my contacts with me and how to use. I will definitely be sending referrals to Dr. Jackie. Thank you Jackie Modisette

My appt was at 4. Still sitting here and have yet to see Shelby Tomek and it's 10 til 5. I wouldn't recommend unless you have all day to sit and wait. Wanted to pick out new frames afterwards, but apparently not. Highly disappointed. Staff at front and Kristin who brought me back were friendly though. Patients time is equally as important.

Made our apts and talked to the lady about what the price would be for when we got there and they told us 70 for my husband and I with our insurance. We get there and they quote us 170. They need to be up front about the whole price when they give you your quote. 110% would not recommend. And the representative upfront had even said we've told our staff to be more upfront about the pricing and include everything so this is a re-occurring problem that still has not been handled. They're also charging almost 40 for pictures of your eyes when I get them done every year at goldens and they are 100% paid for by insurance. If one eye dr can get insurance to cover pictures any of them can if they code it right. They receptionist at the front was amazing and had no idea one of her colleagues had misquoted us more than double of what they originally said.

Great experience! Got me in 20 minutes before my appointment time. Everyone was very professional and kind. Receptionist, Technician, Doctor, Optician, & Check out all top notch. No issues with my insurance. No hidden fees. No pushy eye glass sales. Thank you to the team!
