Just 2 days after cataract surgery. This is my first eye, so I don't know what my expectations should be. My vision is still a little cloudy in my right eye. My right eye feels scratchy. I like to know the details behind what is going on. I would recommend Heaton Eye Associates provide more details. For example in my post op session, I asked how it was determined what lens to use. They looked up a survey I had filled out early in the process. They use that survey to determine the lens to use. I think Heaton should go over the criteria used to determine the lens with each patient and the patient have more input on deciding what lens to use. It is hopefully a once in a lifetime occurrence so more input would be welcome. I am still not sure what the process is for billing my Medicare Advantage plan. I have left a voicemail a couple of days ago, but haven't received a call back yet.

I very rarely do reviews but this was an Amazing place! For years I have been trying to find someone to take care of my eye issue and with no hesitation they got me taken care of! No long wait times and friendly staff Dr. Emily Marsh came in and got me connected with a surgeon and I was on my way I highly recommend this place to anyone that has any vision needs

The staff was very friendly and thorough with the examination of my granddaughters eyes. The doctor did not jump straight to having surgery, she wants to get her retina checked by a specialist to rule out problems with the retina. I really appreciate that the surgery wont be done until they are positive about what is causing the eye issues.
