Heaton Eye of Longview and Dr. Risner have been great! Appointments are very organized and go so smoothly. ALL of the staff are above sweet and friendly. The surgery team is extremely thoughtful and attentive. You can tell that Dr. Risner genuinely cares about his patients. I was truly impressed when he called the evening after the surgery just to check on me.

When I choose Dr.Risner it was one of my best decisions in my entire life. I had cataract surgery on my right eye this past Tuesday and I can see once again! It's just so amazing, words just can't describe it. Truly, Dr.Risner was heaven sent. God Bless you and your team!

Easiest appointment from first visit to follow up on first eye. So excited to get the second eye done. I don't think I have ever had anything go a smooth and fast as this has moved. Dr Riser was very good with his explanation of what cataracts are all the way to follow up where I ask if we could do it sooner and he said if he had a spot open up he wld give me a call. For anyone afraid of surgery just go talk to him he will put all you worries out of your mind. Office staff is also amazing

Was very satisfied with the customer service. My husband is in a W/C and was kind of hard to maneuver but they acted like it was a normal thing. Dr Risner examined him and said with all the problems he had, it basically would be an extra cost to get glasses this visit. Come back in 6 months and maybe some of his other health problems would be resolved and then he might need a new RX. I greatly appreciated that. Thank you
