Here's a polished review you can submit: I want to recognize the team at Eyeglass World in Longview on Eastman Road for an outstanding experience. Every staff member I encountered was supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I initially came in to purchase a new pair of glasses because I love having variety -- and I'm honestly a little nervous about ordering glasses online. After I made my first selection, Emily S. let me know about a promotion that allowed me to use my insurance toward a second pair at a deep discount. I appreciated her taking the time to explain that option so clearly. I left with my first pair on order and planned to return the next day to choose the second pair with the help of Carter, David, and Day as my judge panel. Just as Emily said, I received a text notification the very next day. When I arrived to pick up my frames, I selected my second pair while waiting. I've been enjoying my new glasses all weekend and can't wait to see what my next pair looks like! I was extremely pleased with the entire process -- from communication to customer care. You need to take an entire day off work just to get an exam here. I've been here for almost 2 hours and still havent been able to get my prescription and leave. Never again will I get an exam here. Also zenni optical is way cheaper for glasses so avoid their sales pitch after the exam as well. I finally got to check out and found out that they also charged me 20 dollars on top of my insurance. My insurance should have covered the entire visit but the employee said "well it covered most of it". This place is horrible. AVOID AT ALL COST

My experience with the Longview location was amazing! The team was very friendly and helpful and I absolutely love my glasses! Thank you for keeping me in the most stylish frames!

Walked in for our appointment, no receptionist. Sat for 20 min. Past appointment before seeing anyone, didnt do the paperwork until 30 min. After we arrived doctor was doing appointments via video call while assistant did the actual exam. Will never use eyeglass world again

I gave Eyeglass World 5 starts because they made my first time experience there, one of the best. From the time I walked in the door for my appointment each person was friendly with smiling faces, very helpful and great at answering all of my questions. The Dr. was great also, at being very detailed with explaining everything to me, which I like so I can get a better understanding about my eyes/vision. Thanks a bunch!!!! You all ROCK!!!!! Arrived early for my appointment. Promptly after arriving, was greeted and sent back for exam. Everybody was very friendly and answered all my questions. Great experience from start to finish.

Great experience! I broke my glasses on Tuesday and by Wednesday at lunch I had a temporary pair of glasses to wear until my special lenses came in. Heather went above and beyond to help me when she saw I was stuck in prescription sunglasses. Heather and her staff explored every option to help me out and I'm very grateful. I'm usually so stressed trying to find glasses and Heather went through every detail of sizing to help me find a pair that fit my very wide head/narrow bridge. I can't recommend this group enough for your eyeglass needs.
