The staff was wonderful every step of the way! They made it so easy and comfortable. Lynn helped me find the perfect glasses and the process went so smoothly. Anna was my tech with the eye exam. She was kind and knowledgeable. She made it smooth and painless. I will definitely come back here !

I had a fantastic experience at the MyEyeDr. office in Longview, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, the process was seamless, but what truly made my visit stand out was the incredible service provided by Maricela. Maricela was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. She has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable and valued as a patient. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to customer care, and her expertise made the entire appointment stress-free.

Doctor Jones was great as usual. He has a good sense of humor and he explains your results very clearly. The staff is very nice and helpful. The lady helping me with my glasses was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend MyEyeDoctor for all of your vision needs.

Thanks to the amazing staff, I was able to get an exam today when I thought I wasn't going to. I had a bit of a freak out, and they made me feel right at home. They calmly took me back, and said not to worry. They got me taken care of got my eye exam done and treated me like I was part of the family. It was my first visit and they treated me like I had been going there for years. I definitely will be going back. I am so glad that I found this office in this team. I'd recommend them to anyone who would listen. The way they treat their patients is unmatched and unparalleled. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and got me fixed up right away!

Lynn did a fantastic job and was super friendly! She took care of my glasses that lost the nose pads, and bent them to fit my ears better so they wouldn't slide down my face! It was a great visit.

The absolute worst experience ever!!!!!! I made myself a appointment and then I scheduled my husband one right after mine. They emailed me to confirm the appointments and I did. Then I get a text the night before the appointment saying they cancelled my appointment because it wasn't confirmed. Well I hurried and confirmed it again and it said your appointment is confirmed. We got to the eye Dr and the receptionist checked us both in. My appointment was at 2:30. I was seeing that she was calling people back that arrived after me so about 10 minutes after 3:00 I tell her my appointment was at 2:30 and I have been waiting. She tells me that I didn't confirm my appointment so I have to wait untill there is a opening. Why didn't she tell me this when I checked in?!!!!!! I cancelled because I already had a headache. I have been using this place for many years, I have brought my kids here and most of my family. But never again!!! They lost about 4 customers today and they don't even know it. They thought it was funny but in the end money talks. They are charging way more than they used to. I used to be able to use my frame allowance to go towards my lenes if I didn't use all of it but not anymore

Love Dr. Jones but it seems it is time to move on. I had an exam for glasses and contact lenses. Dr. Jones wanted me to try two different samples of contacts. I wasn't given samples like I normally am but instead they had to order them which is fine until they wanted to charge me an additional $120 for contact lens fitting because insurance only covers the contact lens exam. In order for them to order the samples, this is what was owed. I would understand the charge if I was completing a follow up visit to check the contact lens fitting. I said then I don't want the samples which in turn, I was not charged $120. I was then told my prescription would not be given to me and would be deleted. $120 for some trials is bogus.
