Claribel nailed it!!!! For years I have gone to several different opticals and have come away disappointed with my no line bifocal glasses. But when I went in to see Claribel, she took her time, really listened and understood what I have been struggling with. I could tell she really cared! She explained exactly what would correct the problem. And it did!!!! I feel like she tailored my glasses exactly to what I needed ... not just a generic basic measurement and go! Staff there was super nice and helpful, and they really took their time to make sure everything came out perfect. The whole experience was easy, and my glasses turned out great. Definitely recommend them they take good care of you.

Claribel is amazing. She's knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and extremely personable. She fit my new lenses into my existing frames, while I waited! She runs an optical shop like none I've ever been to (in over 50 years of wearing glasses). Everyone should go to VisualEyes Optical.

Just bought a new pair of glasses with transition lenses and their perfect! Affordable prices compared to others around. Locally owned and great customer service! My pair had to be ordered but it didn't even take a week to get them in. If you don't want transitions or special orders you can have them done that same day. Very clean and welcoming! 10/10 recommend.
