My uncle broke his glasses and needed new ones. I was able to walk in with his outside prescription and order him a new pair very easily. Megan assisted us every step of the way, verifying his benefits, explaining our costs and answered all my questions clearly in a way I could understand. She is very smart and experienced, and attentive to every detail, including helping us figure the best placement for the bifocals. I was impressed by her foresight into a frustrating issue that we had with my uncle's glasses for the past 3 years! Megan is so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and kind. I will definitely continue to come here again and again!

First time I got here I arrived on time and they helped me 50 minutes after. Got here again 13 minutes late and the tattooed lady with glasses was very rude and scream at us with a bad attitude and told us she wanted to go home early. We went to Target instead, terrible customer service do not come to this place!

She helped me pick out frames based on my preferences and made suggestions on my customizations based on my preferences and my insurance options. The 5 star is for Kaitlyn the district manager. I went here over 2 weeks ago and I had an issue with my glasses and frames. Kaitlyn has gone out of her way and the upper management to help me. I really appreciate their integrity and willingness to do all they can to make sure customer service is excellent. The care and dedication she has shown me has been beyond what I expected. I wish I would have had the chance to work with her personally in the beginning, but she was not available at the time. Anywho, I am pleased to meet her acquaintance and she is truly an honest and good person. She is extremely knowledgeable of the policy and products. She explained everything to me detail by detail.
