Sandy Vo OD: Envision Eye Site

Dr. Sandy Vo was amazing! Typically, at an eye appointment, you feel rushed or feel horrible when you can't read the tiny letters. Dr. Vo took her time to make sure that I was comfortable with my prescription. She wanted to get it right. She is very welcoming, kind, considerate, and professional. One of my best eye appointment ever and I highly recommend her. 5+ Stars

I have had some good experiences since i moved to texas with different physicians but i must say Dr.Vo has set that bar way higher since my visit. She is as nice as she is smart. She gave me the best advice to her knowledge and i can always appreciate that. At first i was hesistent to step into a doctor's office because of covid-19 but i noticed Dr.Vo has her Assistant cleaning every time a patient leaves. My favorite part was that they only allow one patient at a time so they were able to put all the attention on little ol me. I will be back in 6 months.

Dr. Vo and her nurse are the most amazing individuals! They are kind, professional and efficient yet still take the time with each patient to be sure that patient's eye care needs are completely met. Dr. Vo truly listens to her patients and gives informed and honest medical advice. And the office visits are very COVID - safe! I've been seeing Dr. Vo for several years and plan to stay with her as long as she practices in DFW

My brother and I had a wonderful experience today. Dr. Sandy Vo is very knowledgeable and detail with her explanation. She also gave me many good options to select for my contacts depending on my preference and made sure I was happy. I also appreciate her patience with my brother who tends to take his time with his responses. Her assistant Melissa is very kind too. Thank you both for being professional!

I've been to many different eye clinics but this will be one I always come back to. Staff is amazing, kind, and considerate and the doctor is the most patient person I've met. I had to make an unexpected business call in the middle of my appointment and Dr. Vo was very understanding and didn't get upset or impatient at all. They also are genuine when they ask about your life and that is hard to find. They see you and treat you like a person, not a number. If you are looking for a new eye doctor, look no further!

This is my go to place for yearly eye exam and contacts. The receptionist is nice and Dr. Vo is patient and caring. The price out of pocket was $100 less than the Wylie Target, it's probably cheapest in town.

I think I've seen Dr. Vo for everyone in my family now including me. She has been the most kindest, helpful and informative Therapeutic Optometrist I have ever seen! We just saw her again for one of my children a couple days ago and she had remembered a family history fact that I had completely forgot about regarding any future concerns for my child. I don't know how she remembered that, but if only all providers were as kind, compassionate and personable as Dr. Vo, healthcare would not be so anxiety provoking. Thank you so much Dr. Vo for turning such a mundane and annoying task into such a pleasant and informative experience!

I had to find a different eye doctor and am SO glad I gave Dr. Vo a try. She is truly one of the best doctors I've seen in all specialties and is so patient and kind. I appreciate how friendly and helpful her office staff are, too. I will definitely be back to see her!
