I wish I had read the Yelp reviews more closely before going in. The Google rating of 4.8 gave me confidence, but unfortunately my experience did not reflect that level of service. From the start, communication was lacking. On my first call, I was placed on hold for over eight minutes. That should have been my first sign. At the end of my exam, I was told my out-of-pocket cost would be over $100 even after increasing my vision coverage this year. A few days later, when I called to order contacts, I was quoted $130 over my allotted amount. I asked for my prescription (which was sent promptly), did some research, and later called back to order a six-month supply. Over two weeks passed with no update. When I called to check, I was told the contacts had never been ordered. I was then quoted a lower price. I even specifically asked, "Are you sure?" because I had already been given different numbers before. I was reassured that the price was correct. Based on that confirmation, I decided to order a full year and paid upfront. During this time, the 30-day trial pair I was given ripped -- something that hasn't happened to me in years. When I asked if I could receive another trial pair due to the ordering mistake, I was told trial lenses cost $40. Meanwhile, my original order had never even been placed. I've had to wear older lenses with an outdated prescription while waiting for this to be resolved. On 2/26, after still not hearing anything, I called again. I was then informed there had been an error in pricing and that the cost was nearly double what I had been told. I asked when they became aware of this issue, and was told it was the same day I placed the order (2/13) -- yet no one contacted me. I was told the lenses would arrive on 2/27 by 3 PM. When I finally received the call that they were ready, I learned the wrong order had been placed -- only a six-month supply instead of the full year. Which really is okay, I prefer sending my additional money to an office that values my business. The repeated errors, inconsistent pricing, additional charges, and lack of proactive communication made this an extremely frustrating experience. I will not be returning.

I switched To Albright Eye Care when my precious Optometrist retired. I have been a patient there for several years now. I am very happy with the excellent care I receive from the Optometrist, Dr. Frey. She is thorough and is happy to answer all questions. The other staff members are efficient and helpful. The selection of glasses is great and the staff who help fit the glasses are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Albright Eye Care and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Very easy to schedule my appointment. Entire staff was very helpful and friendly! Screening questionnaire was very straightforward and easy to follow. Great experience overall. I look forward to sharing my experience and will be glad to refer friends and family with complete confidence that they will be taken care of! Thanks!

So the experience at time of service with the provider was good however 5 day's worth's of trials were given of contacts. My contacts kept getting delayed in shipment and I requested a couple more days to hold me over. I was willing to pay but not for $40.00. The girl who answered my follow up call was basically the gate keeper and it is clear she could care less. I asked to speak with a manager and she softly laughed. Every place I have ever been provides a minimum of 8 days. Literally lost business with 5 of us over something so silly.

Very knowledgeable and friendly doctors. I did not need them but, when my husband went, they had all the different machines needed to run special tests for his glocoma, high eye pressures, & cataracts. 5 stars for the doctor side. I was not impressed by the people working the area where you can order your glasses.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had to deal with the most unprofessional and rude employee who has no customer service skills. It's a shame because everyone else is nice, but she ruins it for the rest. It used to be a good place to go, but not anymore. They've lost me as a customer and I'm sure they've lost others because of her.

First time for an exam at this eye clinic. Staff technicians were amazing and Dr Frey was very professional and sweet and full of knowledge. I didn't know my eye had all these parts...

Dr Albright and his staff are kind, caring and professional. He takes time with patients, listens well, and thoughtfully answered my questions.
